@Crishaana I play flute, and from what i've been told sax is the eaiest to play but the hardest to master. When I started to play flute in the 6th grade I couldn't get a good noise out of it until like 2 weeks. Now I play Flute in marching band and it's a blast. My friends can NEVER make a sound on my flute meanwhile they are teaching me different notes on their instrument xD My Friend Madie has been trying for 2 full months now and still can't... but that's a clarinetist for you xD :)

Men naturally have more muscle and can move faster, and that includes every part of their body (except inner thighs, women have more muscle there). Men also have better natural timing. This is all proven. Men and women both have the ability to play well, and they both have advantages and disadvantages, period.

OK starting with your left hand pinky, yes it moves fast enough to hit your Aflats and Eflats but it really does slow down your technique. Even when you are not using it keep it close to your ring finger and not below the key.
Sound does not come from the head joint but rather from the tone holes. Next time you should position the mic at the keys and I think you will like the results. I will leave it there because you may have it fixed
great feel and technique for such a young player. you should definitely study music in college. and its never too late to pick your instrument back up again

Only thing I really noticed about it is that you had really weird tecnique. You know when you see a trumpeter playing flat fingers? It was just like that. But if it works(ed)for you then whatever.
Good god why did you quit? You are amazing! If other people knew how good you were, they wouldn't say anything. If they do know, and they still give you crap... they're just jealous.
Two things I am a male flute player and i'm made fun of on a day to day basic but i don't care. The girls in my flute class are horrible just bcasue I can't get a brand new flute doesn't mean i"m not good. I'm the best in my class the badn director he made it so I would help the other girls.

OK starting with your left hand pinky, yes it moves fast enough to hit your Aflats and Eflats but it really does slow down your technique. Even when you are not using it keep it close to your ring finger and not below the key.
Sound does not come from the head joint but rather from the tone holes. Next time you should position the mic at the keys and I think you will like the results. I will leave it there because you may have it fixed

wow does flute go up to grade 12?
i though it only went to grade 8!
ive just done my grade 5 but ive only ever played classical. id love to be able to do some jazz improv. =)

Only thing I really noticed about it is that you had really weird tecnique. You know when you see a trumpeter playing flat fingers? It was just like that. But if it works(ed)for you then whatever.

Two things I am a male flute player and i'm made fun of on a day to day basic but i don't care. The girls in my flute class are horrible just bcasue I can't get a brand new flute doesn't mean i"m not good. I'm the best in my class the badn director he made it so I would help the other girls.
