Many will never forget this performance. In that way she will live on.
For example.. this could be a winning performance at 2006 olympics.. She did 6 triple jumps (one more than Arakawa did at olympic games), excelent spins and a very good coriography
She was correctly placed in the long programme but was shafted in the short for Kwan. She should've been placed after the short programme and then she would've come out with the gold.
I agree that she should have won the short program. However,
it's tough to say that Irina and Michelle would have skated the exact same programs if their SP placements were reversed. Michelle, for instance, might have attacked her LP more and skated a better program if she had to come from behind.

I so wish she'd won the 2006 Olympics. She's brought so much to the sport, and was infairly deprived of gold in Salt Lake City.
