The key to make this work is to have your team of five in place, file the correct paper work, then never go to court again in your skin.

Illegal tape recordings are not admissible in a court of law under no circumstances. hence, you need to research the laws of your state as advised in the above video. Know that there is no substitute for legal knowledge, even if we have an attorney. We are surrounded and governed by laws 24/7-we need to know what legal protections are offered us under the law.
in the strength of two or three witnesses...here in canada they won't even allow witnesses

@jjrizo Actually this is the case in most of these so called Courts, so the next best course it to have one or two or three people take notes.
