  • I don't like my rolls square...

  • one japanese guys speak inglish = you would buy something Japanese this person?

  • haha i have this.

  • Hey looks like a good business person. Anyone who took business in college will know exactly what I mean by that. Bamboo mat is wayyyy easier.

  • I love this!!;)) does anyone know where i can get one?

  • Rolling it with a bamboo mat is easier than you'd think :) I'm 13 and I can do it x

  • These are maki, not really sushi.

  • this is cool...

  • I just bought one of these today cause I'm looking for some healthy alternative meals and I love sushi, but only purchase it at restaurants cause it's complicated to make. I'm hoping that this works for me. I can't wait to try it!

  • where do u buy tht??? :/

  • I don't think he is japanese >_>

  • OH MY GAWWDDD this is so failed... this is like sushi for the ignorant

  • Where can I buy good quality nori online?

  • its faster to make it by hand

  • its awesome and cool! But i enjoy the bamboo mat more! =p

  • I just purchased the large one today at the Fresno State Vintage Days Fair. Looking forward to using it this weekend!

  • You can't put very many ingredients in the middle with the little one but this looks like it works really well! I'd love to have one of theee

  • THAT IS AWESOME

  • Donde se compra?

  • @lletset es mejor hacer sushi por mano por que salen mas gorditos

  • this is really 4 pussies, learn to make sushi first...

  • This is awesome! I bought both sizes last weekend at the Oxnard Strawberry Festival and I LOVE them. Unless you roll sushi every day it is so hard to master the skill and get the roll tight enough. With this frame it is flawless and so much faster. I think I will be making sushi a couple of times a week now that I can do it so easily.

  • so it stoped being a sushi roll and not its a sushi..paralelopiped =\

  • what is the italian name of this thig?

  • its very neat! this maker looks easy to use but in practice your ingredients will have to be really small and poker straight for it to work.

  • =D Nice

  • Freaking comments never posting where they're suposed to!

  • where is the raw fish thats the best part lol

  • where can i get one of those!!!

  • That's easier *o*

  • Clever..

  • disgrace to shushi world wide

  • Why is it a disgrace?

  • More or less it's a disgrace because making sushi is suposed to be like a form of art. This device is the equivalent to... let's say a paint by number and a guenuine professional painting. I must say though, this device does make it easier.

  • I'm a sushi maker myself and I use my hands, it is my job. But not everyone has the chance to be taught well, and this device is good for people who love sushi and want to eat it at home but aren't skilled enough to make their sushi look good. It's like a weight room filled with all kidns of weight machines. Do we need all that stuff? No, but it's there to make it easier for some people who may have trouble with other machines.

  • Yes, true enough. Hmm perhaps i should have put quotation marks around the word disgrace, because I myself kinda like this little machine. I dont think its a disgrace, I was just explaining what heyya254 ment. SO for future reference, I'll put quotation marks.

  • I'm glad you guys like this. I was worried there might be some trained itamae (is that the right word..? I hope so) who would be against a device like this because it could ruin the tradition of the whole process. I tried making sushi once, I spent a fortune on all the ingredients from my local Oriental supermarket, and it all went horribly wrong. Any tips for making the rice stickier..? It's like a martial art, one that I can't do!

  • @h3t3

i agree , buts its sooo easy to roll with hands it uses the most basic hand skills

  • wtf is the point

  • it's o.k. i guess, but i prefer a bamboo mat!

  • That's flippin' sweet! :D

  • it's called oshisushi...pressed sushi mostly from osaka region.

  • LOL! this is so werid :o! but the sushi comes out to be so freakin neat. this is cool, but i like hand rolling better [=!

  • KIND OF A DESCARCE FROM THE real wayof making sushi

  • In my opinion this is maki...

  • Probably cuz it is maki

  • yes it is, just because it's made difrent dosn't mean it's not sushi. sushi it the way the rice is made. as long as the rice has rice vinager in it it's sushi

  • XD Looks easier to maker sushis with that!!
