I am new to embossing and am having an awful lot of trouble. I'm not sure if I need to use finer embossing powder...but once I apply the powder and use my heat gun, it melts and bleeds all over the card stock! Please help!

@svchell1 It may be easier if you start by running a dryer sheet all over the card stock first. This will remove any static that might attract the embossing powder where you don't want it to be.

@svchell1 use a dryer sheet and rub it on the entire paper/cardstock that you are going to be embossing on and then the embossing powder should only stick where you want it to

The kitty looks just like my kitty. Mine has extra toes like the "Ernest Hemmingway" cats in Key West -- she has 8 toes. But tuxedo kitties are VERY smart.

your cat is like an angel comparing to my cat : she starts meowing at 4 in the MORNING just for fun :S and when she finishes her bathroom visit she starts to run around the house like somebody was chasing her, and then when she sees a reeeally small fly she starts to stare at it and it looks like shes stareing at a ghost!

Hi Kristina.....Your cards are awesome as usual. Some one mentioned about kraft paper for the cards. I heard you mentioned you can get it in bulk. Is the kraft paper in that beige color that you were using and does it only come in beige? Where can you get it?

I am into using kraft paper for my cards.. thanks to you, Kristina! It goes with almost any pattern or color of paper. Faux stitching is a must for me, now, also!
