Obama's signature on anything is worthless because it has not been ascertained properly that he was NOT born in Kenya which according to his grandmother who claims to have witnessed his birth in Mombasi that; he was.
. There is also Barry's reply to an opponent that he .couldn't run as an Illinois Senator because he wasn't born on U.S. soil. Obama replied, "I'm running fro the Senate not the Presidency."
Therfore, he is not the legitimite Chief Executive & his signature is not worth shit.
