In the way it is disassembled yes, its the same. If you are asking if it is the same quality, then absolutely not

hey buddy, I have a army l85, and i the piston wore out, so I changed it. But now the gun shoots like crap!. its may shot 2-3 shots and then some bb's just roll out of the barrel. Right now i am taking apart the gear box and there seems to be no problems. I did notice that on this video I am missing the little small attachable plastic black mini barrel on the first part in this video. its in the video exacly at 2:36. would this be the problem. because i am missing this little part.

you mean the air nozzle. that's what regulates the bb flow. retracts on each piston cycle, letting a bb come up then moves forward pushing it into the hop chamber then blows it away through the barrel.
