  • shiba inu japan

  • oh!sweeeet Japane's SHIBA.

    please don't eat shiba ,korean.

  • You can tell the difference by looking at their tails & fur. Shiba Inu has longer hair and straight, thicker tail. And Jindo dogs mostly have tails sticking up and almost looks like forming circle.

  • Those are my two favorite kinds of dogs... Super duper cute.

  • Disgusting. Why would anyone want an artificial dog? I know I wouldn't. Would you befriend an artificial human?

  • cute crocodiles (dogs)

  • Very cute...This shiba looks like a jindo with half it's leg missing...

  • ...yeah, i just wanted to comment on how cute they were but the comments on here ruined the moment for me.

  • Well actually the dogs that were migrated to Japan in around 7000 BC interbred with the native dogs of Japan (that belonged to the indigenous people of Japan) and that's how we have the Shiba Inus of today.

And seriously folks stop with the political BS, they're just freaking dogs. Dogs shouldn't have to put up with all this human BS.

  • Oops I made a mistake, Shiba Inus were bred at around 300 BC, while their ancestors lived at around 7000 BC. Anyway, Jindo dogs and Shiba Inus are NOT related (other than the fact that they're both from the Spitz family). Jindo Dogs were cross-bred with Mongolian dogs at around 13th century , while Shiba Inus were bred at around 300 BC. They are not related.

  • @eatcarpet No it isn't. Shibas and Akitas came relatively recently into fruition after the Japanese stole Korean Jindo dogs and interbred them with other breeds (mutts and Chow-Chows) to make a slightly different looking breed. If Korea was never occupied by the Japanese, there would be no such thing as a Shiba or Akita in existence. The Japanese have been known to change historical records for their benefit and have still refused to acknowledge the Nanjing Massacre as of yet.

  • @watdas1 Right... if you don't believe me then I suggest that you research the history of the Shiba Inu breeds for yourself.

  • @watdas1 You are correct! I've researched my jindo before i brought him home at 4 weeks and Jindos are the original strain where the Akita and Shibas(Japan) and Chows (China). They stole the Jindo and interbred it with their own "national" dogs.

Our Jindo bred with a White Alaskan husky and soon after she had pups! Bastards refused to give me any of them! They looked like Shibas! so cute!!!

  • there's nothing japanEse.

    all culture from korea actually.

remodeling whole country around ac3~600 by Backje or shinla or goguruy.

I mean korean. but they did back stubing,

twice. you know the japanese cow?

It's from korean cow too, they operate some DNA stuff, and then making a cow.

and dogs. named SIBA? it's from jindo.

    surprise? but it's true.

  • @semagratskcor

Well that may be true but then you can say everything in korea came from china. Which probably isn't true (same for japan) so just drop it.

  • who told you that then?

there's oldest civilization spot on manchu territory , And that's where we from.

that civil become a kojosun(korean's first dynasty) and now, who teach that damn thing ? we can't drop it .

  • you're taking it too literally.

Sure the people and base culture would have originated from mainland china. But once the people migrate to a new area, they develop a separate, independent culture of their own. So in that sense, never is everything originated from one civ to another.

  • ok,maybe I did go too far.

    I understand what you say.

  • uhhh.. why is everyone talking bout the economy???

  • jindo looks like shibas... grandfather or something.

    sweet.

  • Shiba's look like Jindos. Like most things "japanese" all Japanese dogs came from Korea.

  • much agreed.

  • look at my black jindo I just posed it this week.

  • ill admit its pointless for some koreans to still be butthurt about what happened many years ago, but it still happened. it annoys me even more how people defend japan for doing things just because theyre obsessed with their "exotic" culture. raw fish and homosexuality can be found everywhere else in the world. i swear its all just the publicity.

  • Honestly, Chinese people have the most animosity towards Japanese.

I doubt Korea or even China would be so "butthurt" and be all over Japan's ass if it isn't for the fact that Japan still denies it's various Maruta (POV & Civilian Human Experiments) experiments back in WW2.

All Japan has to do is admit their inhumane acts during WW2, and the Chinese, Koreans, and Pacific Islanders would be over this Hate/Japan issue.

  • Another reason the whole Japan vs. Asia issue has risen over recent years is the fact that the Japanese Government has been issueing the alteration of educational history textbooks in academic environments.

Like I said, Chinese people hate Japanese people more than Koreans,

Alot of those Maruta Experiments and Massacres happened to Russian and Chinese Civilians and POVs.

Russians, Chinese, Pacific Islanders, Koreans all claim Japs did experiments, only they deny it.

  • Outsiders like you are never taught of the actual history. How will you ever know what it feels like to have a family member get a vivisection?

Ever heard of Unit 731? You rarely learn about Japan's dealing in experiments and their punishment in World History Textbooks used in major US schools or even majority of the Colleges.

Why do you think this is?

For one, Jewish have control over 70% of US capital, in WW2 history, everything in the US is written to sympathize them.

  • I went to that Jewish Memorial Building in D.C. and honestly it was the dumbest and biggest BULLSHIT I have ever seen.

So we go about saying we forgive the Germans for their acts in WW2, yet make stupid memorials that only support animosity and even more portray the Germans with only their horrible atrocities.

Why doesn't the US make one for Japan?

That's probably not going to happen, I wonder why? Because Japan's economic influence and various diplomatic matters...

  • i have a shiba inu and I am looking to get a male jindo. any advice on how to get them to coexist like that?

  • Oh, by the way, they're cute as hell.

  • Haha, did you name your dogs after JJBA?

  • Japan never issued an official apology although personal statements of regret have been stated by heads of state. Of course that's all made irrelevant by Japan's claims on Dokdo, Yakusuni, revisionist history, racism against zainichi, etc..

  • Yakusuni shrine is visited by Japanese politicians, often their PM also, every year. Yakusuni enshrines dead Class A war criminals who conducted mass atrocities. Yakusuni used to house thousands of ears and noses cut off from Koreans during Hideyoshi's invasions which was removed not too long ago. Can you imagine Germany having a chapel for Hitler and the dead Nazis???

  • The Germans should make a chapel for Hitler and Nazis just for the hell of it...LMAO.

Then if US tries to intervene and criticize, the Germans should tell the US government to build a "US Nippon Maruta Massacre Museum".

Then the U.S. can talk about equality and peace...LMFAO

  • There's a reason why all the "japanese" breeds look like variations of Poongsan and Jindo breeds which pretty much goes for anything that's Japanese. It all originates from Korea and China. The irony is that Japan has always tried to eradicate Korean culture and identity because of this fact. You shouldn't hate Japanese but you should be aware of history and current Japanese policies.

  • You shouldn't hate Japanese people but you need to know history and Japan's racist policies against Koreans.

  • aw, ah~~ aw geez, that's SOO cute!

That Jindo looks like the one I used to have!

And I think a lotta people are attracted to Shiba Inus because they're so bite-sized and look like bears when they're puppies :D

  • No, it's true. Not being biased or anything but the Japanese did take the Jindo dogs during the invasion of Korea. They took 3 jindo puppies to feed to a tiger and next morning they found the tiger dead while the 3 jindos were pretty badly injured. They found it so fascinating and took the Jindos to breed to their own country. If you look at the similarities in the two dogs, it's pretty obvious. But oh well, this happens everywhere. I love Jindo dogs though.

  • i agree with you. but both breeds are definately beautiful and unique. i have a jindo and my cousin has a shiba inu. i personally like jindos better though.

  • It wasn't fair! War is so cruel to all. Animals should have their own rights too.

  • That is a fable past down through generations. There really isn't any proof.

Shiba and Akita existed long ago. They are all spitz breeds and closely related, but there really isn't an proof of one being used to produce the other. However the jindo is generally considered to be older than the shiba. It is also true that shibas have been brought to jindo island at different times and have bred with the jindos.

  • @spikaz003 I don't know about the Tiger story, but they did steal the Korean Jindo dogs and made them into Shibas and Akitas by (probably) mixing them with Chow-Chows and/or Asian mutts. Yeah it happens everywhere, but the Japanese fail to give us credit. This change was recent too. It's not like the Shibas and Akitas existed for ages.

  • @spikaz003 fucking japs making their dog from us korean dogs.

  • @spikaz003 I have been told this story too and I also read about the Jindo history and found that you are correct! The Japanese stole the Jindo dogs from Korea and breeded them with their own dogs and thus you have the Shiba Inu (smaller breeds) and the more famous Akitas (x-Large breeds) the only reason that Shibas and Akitas are more widely known is the fact that the Koreans treasure their Jindos and do not allow them to be taken out of Korea! Jindos are the Original strain!!!

  • @spikaz003 yeap your right. Ive done some research about jindo's and Shiba's history and Japanese indeed took Jindos during Korea was under the invasion of Japan. then they breed Jindo with thier own dogs and the results were Shibas and Akitas. No wonder they look so much alike.!! anyway my point is Jindo is the original breed!! Shiba and Akitas are the mixed breed of Jindo and some other dog.

  • ohh i've noticed korean jindo-gae has straight

tails while japanese shiba-inu curling ㅋㅋ

it's fun to see Jojo's is calm and hiding his

emotion that he's glad to meet Iggy's. Iggy's

seems rather excited to play with him !!

  • korean jindo does not have straight tail, dumbass

  • Jindo tails can be curved or rolled.

  • you're a stfu and need reevaluation.

  • Go learn some history please.

  • jindo owns shibas anyday

  • True that, but I find both breeds beautiful.

  • nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnno

  • Shibas are basically genetic miniatures of Jindos. That's why i love shibas. it's a way to have a jindo, but in an apartment =)

Oh. The temperment is the same. They have the same personality... it's kinda cool because we had a jindo at home growing up, and he acted just like the shiba i dog sit!

    paul

  • fuckin japs they took our dogs because they were loyal and courageous.. then they breed it making their own versions.. fuckin monkeys..

  • You are certainly not. In WWII, the Japanese took many Korean artifacts, women, land, men, children, freedom, etc from Korea. They renamed every Korean citizen by giving them Japanese names and stripped their rights and freedom. They had these test labs, and the one most famous one was called Unit 731. It was an inhumane war crime, built to mistreat and illegally put bad chemicals into many Koreans, Chinese, and Prisoners of War (American soldiers, etc).

  • If you are a Korean, how could you deny your history and your roots? You are certainly not a Korean.

  • Are you stupid? The Japanese took all the large trees in Korea, shipped all the rice to Japan and forcibly moved 5.4 million Korean for forced labor. And that's just scratching the surface.

  • Comment removed

  • It's not just something from 60 years ago. There are huge contemporary issues that are defined by history and cultural context behind Japanese atrocities and racism. Just because you're ignorant of them doesn't mean they're not relevant.

  • Spare us from your stupidity and ignorance. Japanese war atrocities are not the same as "other" war atrocities. Go find me a Nazi where HItler is worshipped and glorified stupid.

  • Hey stupid. Nazis are long dead and gone. The fact that they were glorified when they were alive and in control of Europe has NOTHING to do with Japan's current racist policies and worship of war criminals and imperialism. Just because everyone's entitled to their own opinions doesn't mean those opinions are equally true or valid. Go read a lot of books. You think and write like you're a stupid middle schooler.

  • shiba is like miniature of jindo

  • They are wonderful.

  • u kidding? japs were way worse than nazis in the days.

why dont u study some history

  • All Japanese dogs look like Korean dogs... no big surprise since all Northeast asian dogs come from the same stock.

  • lol We are more stupid than dogs.

  • i read somewhere that jindos escapeand find their way back to their original owners. has that happened to you?

  • i used to have a red jindo and now i have a red shiba inu. it's so cute to see a jindo and shiba together!

  • WOW, how PATHETIC, someone just wants to put up a video of their two adorable dogs and a bunch of attention-seeking, ignorant racists have to trash this place with spam. WHO FRICKIN CARES THAT ONE OF THE DOGS IS FROM KOREA AND THE OTHER IS FROM JAPAN? I'm Korean and I know the horrible stuff Japan did in the PAST, but you guys are just being plan petty and immature for bringing that up HERE. >:[

to the owner of these dogs, they are both beautiful. :D

  • Wow, I just love how a video of Jindo dogs can turn into an all out verbal brawl on the murder and torture of ancestors! Wow! For crying out loud, you ain't gonna find one race of people who haven't done something like that in their history, be it Irish, French, Korean, German, African, whatever! Meanwhile, these dogs are adorable.

  • Thank's For Posting This!!!Your Dogs Are Beautiful!!! Please Forgive The Racial Hate-'-

It is a Worldwide Disease.Anyone Who Takes Such Good Care of Their Animals Must Be A Good Person,I Believe. Apache-_-Sky

  • lol this was bound to collect racist comments. Anyways,,,Jindo is a pretty dog...I have one also

  • I see you named your dogs after Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Very nice. :D

  • a little music or dialogue would've helped break the tension. haha, jk. i'm sure your dogs get along very well.

  • Jojo's very tame and mellow. Very ideal dog. He'd never go after Iggy. But Iggy...that's another story.

  • your such a loser. its people like you who make other koreans look bad and racist.

  • You seriously have mental and social issues.

  • LOL i should be ashamed of myself? please i think i prooved my point...just listen to yourself!

  • actually i did research this. read a book called "the rape of nanking". pretty much sums up how horrible the japanese were to the chinese/asians in general. im not saying what the japanese did was right, but living in the past and using more hate to justify hate doesnt get anyone anywhere.

  • you call me ignorant and sure i maybe in some aspect; no one is perfect. BUT im not the one saying a dog should kill another dog because the other dog is a certain breed from a certain country; THAT is ignorance and just plain silly my friend.

  • actually it isnt a big difference simply because your still saying the jindo should have or even THINK about killed the shiba ONLY because the shiba is a japanese breed. dogs dont know race or country...they might kill other dogs but NOT because they understand human drama. plus...if you read carefully you would understand that im not being ignorant.

  • im simply setting your stupid statement straight because your stupid statement DOESNT make any REASONABLE sense. YOU are the one being ignorant with your unreasonable comment & acting like you are "the man" when your just another human whos racists over the past(aka doesnt affect YOUR LIFE directly). at least im able to let go of the horrors of war & realize the new generation of japanese(or japanese dogs) have ABSOLUTLY NOTHING to do with the past. so be well and merry.

  • i agree 100% with dehbee. why are you people so racist? sure japan was pretty brutal and wrong in the past, but it doesnt make much sense to hate an entire race of people for its history. the people that commited those crimes are mostly dead by now or are in their final years. hating on anything just because of its race shows your ignorance and sheer incompetence. however, it might not be your fault for acting this way. maybe thats how you were raised.

  • @dehbee what would you do if some nazi guy comes and rapes and kill ur whole family and then kill you and then after 100year ur grandson or related or whatever forgives the nazis for doing that would you be fine with that? somehow they have to pay for what they did, well, thats what i think and their also act is unforgivable

  • @THESJS hate only grows with more hate. you think hating on a race for something that race did 100 yrs is going to solve anything? you think the winners of war were any more innocent then the losers? terrible things happen to people because HUMANS do terrible things to HUMANS. doesnt matter if youre japanese, german, american, or chinese. racism doesnt help. demanding justice from generations that have NOTHING to do with past wars will do NOTHING except grow more hate and ignorance.

  • @dehbee true that my friend... that was sooo deep my heart was crying

  • @THESJS The sins of the father do not pass down to his children. The descendants are innocent. The perpetrators that are dead are not. Germans aren't fucking Nazis. They do not need to say they're sorry. They do not deny the history behind the Nazis.

  • What the hell is wrong with you people? Talk about spreading HATE and RACISM. You hate Japanese so much that you have to bring these historical and current facts to our attention through a video with dogs. Maybe the dogs should be training us since they can put aside their racial differences and live in peace! No ONE IS INNOCENT. Every country has their histroy of tyranny and abuse. I am assuming since you guys write in near perfect English that you are AMERICANS.

  • There is a difference, we condemn the Nazi's not the German people. I am an American of German decent. None of my ancestor killed Jews they were Mennonites(pacifists), however if they had I would not be responsible or have any blood on my hands. Only a racist cannot forgive the sins of our fathers.

  • the real difference is that Germans don't have a religious shrine for Hitler and dead Nazis that's visited by politicians and academics on a yearly basis. Nor do Germans deny the Holocaust or their role in WWII. Japanese on the other hand do.

  • Hey, the major difference between Germans and Japanese are german gorvernment punished all the nazis and the war criminals after the war ended, while those of Japans' have been still praised and worshiped by Japanese people!

  • I've owned a Jindo for 10 yrs (*sigh*) and raised him since birth. You have a very handsome (or pretty) Jindo and both dogs seem to get along well with each other. Were they raised together from birth? I ask because mine only gets along with my toy Yorkie Ringo, and only Ringo (both raised together.) Every other dog in the nieghborhood seem to be his lunch....

  • Jojo (the Jindo) was rescued from some asshole who kept him locked in the garage when he was about 3 or 4. Iggy (the Inu) came later about a few years and he was just a puppy. Jojo gets alone with everyone and everything, but Iggy not so much. Very dominant dog with little mans syndrome. In fact, he's become the Alpha Male pretty much. Oh yeah, both males by the way.

  • The one that's laying down is the Jindo.

  • I suppose the one that is laying down is the Jindo due to the fact that Jindos have those kinds of legs.

  • Jindos are vicious hunting dogs and have the potential to kill each other for food. I trained my Jindo to catch birds, rats, squirrels, raccoons, and other animals in my yard where he lives.

  • It's cute how they're both the same color but just a different size of each other.
