As much as I would like to see the Turcot come down entirely, it is much trickier. The Ville Marie expressway is really the only portion that seems feasible to remove entirely, and that would have to be done gradually with considerable transit improvements.

Hah ! What a liar ! Tries to scare people about renewing municipal rink for kids by calling it NHL-sized gigantic arena complex and massive project. Does he think it's the Bell Centre? What a joke. It'll have only 200 seats, while Bell has over 20,000. The Arena project is genius, with 2 normal rinks for school kids and old-timers, better pool for kids and adults, improved teen centre, and room for older folk to meet and enjoy the enlarged park.
