Look at England, 300 people die in one hospital because nurses don't wash their hands and spread disease. Do you think for one moment that these people can sue for malpractice? No. Can they find a better provider? No. Can they go to a better hospital or doctor? No. Insurance companies actually ALLOW that to happen. The gov't DOES NOT.
