  • I am glad you are doing better and wish you good luck with your upcoming surgery. It will be a relief to be rid of those parts.

    A tman who transitions at the age of 18 probably does not need follow up breast exams. But one who transitions significantly later will have had appreciable exposure to Estrogen and I question not having follow up exams. Both the recommendations of Johns Hopkins and Nick Gorton include follow up exams.
