  • @FreedyRoach

I was a lil skeptical about spending that

kind of money for something ordered

online. But I bit the bullet and I ordered

that workout program at the site

    AmazingAbs.info

And after 3weeks under its program, it

helped flexed my abdomen, so I say

    it does what it claims.

  • Oh hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my GF got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • Holla! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my BF got great 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • looks like fun!

  • good shit man! love this ab workout

  • Otomix are The weightlifting shoe. However when I train clients I advise them towards Converse as they are more affordable & the flatter sole is much more stable for lower body workouts.

  • Hi, Also try the intellectus 424 diet (Google for it). I have lost a lot of weight best diet ever

  • Oh hai, Try That new intellectus 424 diet (Google it). I have lost lots of weight it is awesome.

  • because Chuck Taylor trained in them

  • This does not work.

  • @MattsLilAcc you are an idiot

  • What size fitness ball is that??

  • Is it okey if I do around 4-5 minutes? I feel like 2 minutes is not enough to truly push myself, and that's what I aim for, pushing myself all the time

  • Thank you.

I was under the impression that sit-ups were the only way, but the core is more about stabilization, which makes these exercises relevant.

  • i cant balance my feet on the ball . im getting so fustrqted

  • you have a good point, any ab exercise that deals with spinal flexion isnt going to do much for your core(which consists of more than just your rectus abdominals) and crunches and situps are waaay overrated and are for pussies

  • This is the BEST!!!!

  • yeah i dont care about abs i just want my lower back problems to go away, apparently core has a lot to do with the back

  • @jamien136 try doing leg lifts(hang on a bar and lift your knees to your chest by pushing your hips foreward) works wonders for the lower back and gets you a solid tummy

  • ive just been doing situps, planks are good, ill try them out instead, lower back problems suck ass...

  • the gymball makes a farting noise 4:05

  • Yeah, you put that ball on that treadmill. :D

  • He's repping Taylor Gang...

  • you make it look so simple> I just tried to do all these exercises on my ball and good goalie, they are tough!

  • try lifting the each alternate leg and upper leg in side plank, woah, that hurts, on the ball, your glutes are a little high, great exercises, would have been nice to show some lower back core alongside this.

  • working on your core is boring, but right now its pretty much the only way to improve my hops cause i got jumpers knee so i cant do plyometrics or use weights on leg exrecises. so if you want hops do this stuff and stretch. it really works kadour ziani said he doesnt do weights and he stretches for 4 hour a day, and young hollywood does mostly core workouts to get hops.

  • Great vid

  • How many reps should you do the last exercise for?

  • does sit ups help you lose fat

  • @rumblingc No. Nutrition and interval training does.

  • i do all of these cause the Physical therapist told me to do them... they work!!

  • canada

  • i really want to see his belly to check out if those exercises work

  • @lola11consta Just check out how fit he is. Usually, that is a good sign to the abs. And also, you can see his sb definition through his shirt. lol

  • how can i get that ball and where?

  • @Axedope at a big box store 20 dollar~

  • My new vid is up. Come check it out and grab your free ebook.

  • my plank max is 5 min :)

  • FTW, digging the chucks dude. :P

  • nice converse!

  • thanks

  • Haha he's canadian eh?

  • awesome!! thanks for the the great vid!!

  • @moosavich kinda redundant amirite?

  • @moosavich fucking classic comment.

  • Please give this a chance it is no scam I just really enjoy helping people and making people healthy.

Free online personal training by me, a certified personal trainer!! I also answer any questions that you may have about fitness and nutrition. My contact info is in my about me on my channel

  • haha 21 century workout in 20th century chucks ahah

  • @alberto4991

Chucks are still one of the best weight lifting shoes in the 21st. Very effective and inexpensive. I use them. Just because something was developed in the 20th century doesn't mean we have to replace it.

  • Danradin1234. Solid advice.

  • these are great, you can really feel them in you iner core

  • What does "Feel" have to do with results?

And why should this guy who btw doesn't know shit about fitness, be giving random people workout programs?

He is still formulating major imbalances if you actually go with this program. The exercises itself can be incorporated into a workout program, but full body exercises and supplementary lifts (posterior chain) must be incorporated. Use your core in multi-movements to incorporate full body exercises and powering motion with your core. Also nutrition.

  • Sorry can you explain this further how If I do this program i will have imbalances? And btw im not sure if this guy "doesnt know shit" about fitness because I find his workouts very good

  • No, I can't. And the reason why is it would solely depend on the individual. A workout routine has to be specific to various characteristics to individuals and their previous workout history and their diets. Also, an individual with an athletic background varies greatly than someone who hasn't done anything athletic for 10 years. To simply give a workout routine without information about the users is not only unethical, but it should be illegal.

  • Also, stability exercises usually are not incorporated into a workout routine for any more than 2 minutes a day, from an athletic standpoint. In addition, very little range of motion and/or flexibility will be gained through this routine, and without full body exercises and olympic lifts, there is little hope for overall core strength. Also, not varying exercises (For ex: tables + bridges for planks/side planks) creates little ability for improvement.

And he doesn't even talk about nutrition...

  • I don't know if u realized, but the topic of the video says abs and workouts, not advice about nutrition. Secondly, 2 minutes will do ablolutely nothing for your core. Also, obviously you moron someone who works out and is an athlete will be capable of getting results quicker. Your comment has made everyone who reads it dumber and may God have mercy on your soul

  • I said 2 minutes of stability exercises (Ex: tables, bridges, planks).

Core is also be worked out during your dynamic warmup, main lifts, and core section of a workout routine.

Nutrition has absolutely everything with losing fat and gaining muscle, so it's completely relevant.

Why should an athlete get results quicker??

That really doesn't make any sense at all.

And your core isn't your abs. You want a six pack?? Well making your abs burn won't do it. You have to get the entire core

  • @SadegoGG

I suggest you visit the Turbulence Training blog to see what Craig Ballantyne, MSc, CSCS knows about fitness and providing training programs for 10 yrs.

The work he is showing here is not a complete program he is showing effective ab exercises that he uses in his programs. Listen at the end he is telling you that this is part of the TT for Fat Loss program. The TT programs are scaled from beginners all the way through advanced gym rats. Nutrition is part of program not covered here

  • I'm coming from more of an athletic point of view, however that guy isn't too specular in what I read. It's really common sense that you can gain muscle an lose weight at the same time. However, there are more efficient ways to gain muscle and explosiveness a hell of a lot faster than the isolation exercises he is stressing. Try doing some lifts such as a push press or overhead squats/lunges and your core will be stronger than ever.

That thing about eat healthy --> calories dont matter. Its BS

  • When I was in high school I gained 38 pounds the first year after I learned how to work out eating natural, unprocessed foods. A lot of the tips in one of those articles regarding fat loss is also applicable to weight gain.

However, the lack of olympic lifts in his routines is not going to maximize results and piloted strength (Meaning, effortlessly exerting a lot of force).

BTW, please explain to me why its justified to give someone you've never met a workout routine over the internet?

  • I have had better results working with CB's material than I did with four personal trainers in the gym. CB's programs are well crafted, have alternatives and there is on-line support. The only thing I miss with a personal trainer is spotting me and setting up equipment.

  • Asking a public gym's personal trainer about working out is like asking a high school Civics teacher about the government. You won't gain/lose weight, just like the students won't understand the United States is a Republic, not a democracy.

If you need a spotter (Possible exception to bench) you're most likely using too much weight or should go to a gym with a more modern squat rack. The only people who should be working 80% of 1 rep max are specific types of power lifters.

  • Yes it is the bench that I need a spotter for.

  • @SadegoGG I'm a Social Studies teacher and I can point out that the United States is a Republic which is a type of democracy. Hooray with your attempt to sound snarky and smart on the internet but you failed.

  • A democracy and a republic are completely different forms of government. The United States is purely a Republic, and the founding fathers of America warned about the unjustness and lack of freedoms that would come if the United States were a democracy. The United States is intended to be a country with liberty, freedom, and justice. Therefore, it can not be classified as a democracy. Also, the United States has elected officials who vote on laws, meaning it's not a democracy.

  • The funny thing is government education teachers have no idea what they're teaching. IN 11th grade I completely smashed my economics teacher and made the entire class think she wan an uneducated dumbass when I proved the Income Tax is both illegal and unjust, which went completely against what he was teaching. Moreover, in science we're fed bullshit like HIV exists, but I proved my Biology teacher that it indeed, does not exist when I was in 10th Grade. You were taught complete bullshit.

  • You're logically not making any sense whatsover. You're making judgments on very limited anecdotal evidence "I had a teacher that didnt want to take the effort to point out my logical conclusions were full of shit therefore all teachers dont know what they are talking about". Stop being educated by Glen Beck. Republics and Representative Democracies are essentially the exact same thing, you're arguing semantics. Libertarianism is a naive joke.

  • I gave you examples of misconceptions in public education. I backed my statement by describing how the government works (Electing officials to designate laws) and I also used the people who established America; who said America is a Republic, and it is in no way a Democracy.

I do not get a great deal of information from Glen Beck, and studying the law and public information is in no way an act of a conspiracy theorist. Logically, you ignore the facts so you're the theorist. And i am independent

  • @SadegoGG this is a video about an ab work out, wtf are you talking about

  • Or someone that wants to get stronger...

  • CB comes from an athletic background too - soccer.

CB's programs use full body exercises, squats, lunges, rows, pull-ups, presses etc. There are also explosive exercises too. So I don't understand your comment.

Hmm how do calories not matter? If you want to lose weight eat below your burn, gain eat above your burn. Results may vary on the type of food you choose to eat. CB advocates lean protein, lots of fruit and vegetables and not to eat out of a box or a bag.

  • That blog had a post that said calories don't matter. I read 2 articles, one of them wasn't by the guy you were talking about but your guy surely talked him up in a mannered way.

Rows are not a full body exercise.

also, an exercise isn't explosive unless your between 40-65% of your 1 RP Max, and I saw absolutely nothing pertaining to that.

By the way, you still haven't answered my question.

  • What was your question again - a program over the internet or calories. I think I have answered by my own experience. The world is full of folks exercising to packaged programs with success, not everyone can afford or has access to a personal trainer. I would love to do a RKB course but funds do not allow for instance.

I am not even sure what the calorie question was about. CB states that calories do matter.

Yes the row, like many free weight ex. is not a full body exercise.

  • Why is this guy wearing Converse in the gym?? They are the worst for your feet.

  • they are bad but Nike shocks are by far the worse for your feet!!!!!

  • @Oaken007 The flat sole on the chucks provide for a natural support. It's pretty old school. Do yourself a favor and become a little more informed before you make stupid comments.

  • @68480guillermo

Excuse you, but I wear chucks daily. I don't workout in them, dumbass. Do yourself a favor "guillermo" and do some research on which shoes are good for your feet and which are bad, no podiatrist would ever suggest working out in Chucks. Dumb shit. Does not take a rocket scientist to know this, dumb ass

  • @68480guillermo Listen, punk. I know what feels good for my feet and what doesn't. And if you're flat-soled like a lot of people, then I can understand why you'd want converse. The majority of people however, have actual arches on their feet and as a DAILY Converse-wearer, I AM VERY WELL INFORMED.

  • @Oaken007 Actually, considering that the Converse is a flat shoe that offers only protection and doesn't change the shape of your foot that much, it would be a great shoe for working with weights. Sneakers have been shown to damage your feet and even cause back pain. If I can I go barefoot, actually...

  • @Oaken007 Because they look hot!

  • @Oaken007

Actually in terms of working out, they are way better for you feet then typical running shoes or Nike training shoes. For heavy lifting they are the best choice, the next best thing would be bare feet. So yeah.

  • @Oaken007 converse are flat, making them ideal for heavy lifting since you dont have soles that get in your way. helps with deadlift/squat

  • @cooldudepro you dont know what youre talking about! I am a qualified Olympic weight lifting coach, and HEELS are EXACTLY what you need when squating and dead lifting. It puts your pelvis in a more optiml position. FYI I started life as a body builder at the sam gym as Dorian Yates and thats how it was done there also....nuff said

  • Comment removed

  • @Oaken007 Having bad shoes helps you to strenghten your feets real strenght.

  • @Oaken007 Chuck Taylor's are actually great for training.

  • @Oaken007 because he's doing anaerobic exercises indoors which you can harmlessly do barefooted. He's not out on the streets running a 10k.

  • @Oaken007 Converse is one of the best weight lifting shoe, because the sole doesn't have any curves where someone could roll their ankles on.

  • These are awesome. I've been doing bicycle crunches for months.. with no results of course. The plank is something I've seen and done a few times in beginner yoga, but I'll master it for sure with your advice. I'll definitely give all these a try. Thanks!!

  • Awesome! It makes sense, the dynamics of it all are so effective and efficient, how it should be!

  • Bicycles are still the NUMBER 1 ab exercise. work in side/front planks, and ball sit ups, and oblique crosses, and you got a great ab workout.

  • Do you suggest this kind of ab work for core strengthening for sports or just for definition?

  • jus wonderin whats the difference?

im mean lets say you play soccer and you work out why not go for definition i mean its still your muscles maybe not one specifically for soccer but you could just incorpirate it into yo9ur work out

  • Definition come from your nutrition.

  • if you knew anything about working out with weights, you'd know that flat shoes such as Chuck Taylors and old school Vans, have a flatter sole which gives you a more firm planted stance than puffy running shoes with a lot of cushion and bounce.

  • stay out of the gym. and if your were power lifting, which your not, you would wear power cleaning shows. those shoes are just dumb, and you do women exercises. and most people are not flat footed, so no you are still lost. try agian

  • i want to no how to get six packs if a person has a disc slip or disc herniation?

  • Well, to everyone in sports these isometric exercises should be nothing new. While they're certainly great for stabilization and rapidly aquiring core muscle strength, they don't represent the motions that we use our abdominal and lower back muscles for.

So you should always include traditional crunches (if done right, also pretty safe) in your training if you don't feel any pain doing it.

  • This is all great but I have to say that I am a little bit offended with Turbulance Training people. A month ago I have purchase the book and I have not received it, worse yet, they do not answer my e-mail when they promise an answer in less than 2 days, that doens look very professional. I posted here for not having any answer from them.

  • ...crunching and situps are very archaic exercises....retro moves if you will.

  • Why is it no longer availabel

  • not doing traditional situps ? dont agree with that, other than that good info, but i also include normal crucnhes :)

  • Try Craig's routine--to the letter and then try your situp routine. I have done both, and his routine kills the abs; the day after is usually the best indicator of effectiveness. You will feel the difference.

  • iv been a personal trainer for many years and i studied at university along with NASM, i know what im talking about :)

  • so craig whats up with the converses?

  • Obviously I'm not Craig, but I'm pretty sure the idea is to keep your workout footwear simple--no unnecessary heel lift, a minimum of "artificial" support--so your foot and ankle muscles are used for stabilization and don't "slack off." Pavel Tsatsouline's book "The Naked Warrior" gives a brief rationale along those lines.

  • Total Body Benefits....spot on mate

  • thanks for a great vid. i always preferred this type of ab training anyway.

  • Great vid. Good info

  • Absolutely brilliant. Great techniques.

  • Craig, great video. The content is great. It is nice to see an improvement in the production quality.

  • great easy to remember excercises!

  • Hi Craig, great video. Could you clear up and tell explain the truth about how to get ripped arms? Ive heard its doing lots of arm exercises and shoulder isolation moves like lateral flyes. I have plenty of mass but would like muscle tone in my arms. thanks.

  • I take karate, where we still do situps for warmup, but some beginners in the class have trouble doing a single situp so stuff like this is good.

  • very nice video, great info and exercises

  • Thank you craig

  • I like that you did all this wearing chucks.

  • Another Great stuff by Craig. i liked the last exercise.

  • Great video, thank you !

  • I Agree with you, he should have but allow me - Im a trainer aswell;

In the plank position, raise either arm or leg to make it harder OR get into the pushups position and lift up your left arm and right leg to make your core work harder & Vice Versa. Its integral that you work both sides to prevent any imbalance.

    Hope this helped.

  • Extremely informative! Thanks!

  • one more thing... great but no matter what I do it seems that i dont lose belly fat eventhough the rest of my body is fit and fitter everyday.. any suggestion?

  • Training will increase strength and stamina but you must master your nutrition to maximize fat-loss body transformation. In addition to 'ab' focus, make sure training includes high-intensity compound/large-muscle work. Investigate many excellent resources from Craig B & Mike Geary. Best wishes & Better Results to you!

  • Also, take a look at what you're eating. There's lots of info out there.

  • 80% of weight loss and muscle building is in what you eat.

  • keep working. it's at least 75% diet. don't drop your calories too low. as long as you're losing fat somewhere you will eventually lose it in the stomach. you have no control over the where and the when you lose fat, but as long as you're progressing, keep going!

  • Thx danradin. I have recently started TT intermediate, so far I have lost a pound a week, I guess you are right, it will come, I really eat very clean. it's become a habit, thanks again. cheers!

  • Nice, thanks

  • great video!!!! thax for sharing

  • Thanks, my favorite: from side plank to a plank to the other side in one set...

  • Very awesome! Thanks so much!

  • Awesome Video as always:D

  • Great material.
