Please could someone (who can read Arabic) tell us the singer's name and the song-title (from the record-cover)?
I think he is quite known in that region, played often on the radio. He is probably Eastern-Jordanian, perhaps also Saudian.
The song is special by its old rhythm, exotic to our ears because seldom heard nowadays. (This rhythm, sure, has a name, but I don't know it now; would somebody tell us?)
The name of the artist on the cover reads: "Muhammad Omar"
The heading in the top right hand corner reads "Al Khoyoul 1994" Al Khoyoul means 'horses'. The title at the bottom of the cover reads 'Once you doubt, you will change'.
@UW1000 I don't wanna look stupid and not understand that you translated this because you know your language....but i'm thinking he is Muhammad Abdo..i found him having the same voice and same look...perhaps is just a confusion...

but what is a "jordanian" anyway? its a state created by Great Britain in order to divide the Middle EAst and weaken it.
