I like dynasty warriors becuase of a few reasons

1) Its not just button smashing theres actually a storyline to it which I enjoy

2)There (as hard as it seems) is some strategy things you can do with dynasty warriors that I liked

3) If you up the difficulty it becomes alot more challenging and fun

4) Dynasty Warriors 6 : Empires just came out... I'd appreciate if you guys rented and played it... its alot more indepth than dynasty warriors!

I would suggest that you shouldn't bother to review Dynasty warrior. We all know that Dynasty warriors are rather lacking in innovation and such. Well DW 6 is the crappiest one in recent memory. They actually took a step back(yes it is possible) in game play instead or delivering promised current gen experience. It may not even be worth renting.

Since there are no games coming out, you should check out N+ on XBLA - One of the best XBLA Games iv played, and im sure you'll love it. It's sort of a platformer where you play a ninja hunting gold in various stages(it doesnt have a story, thats the setting).anyway, its very fun, has co-op(not sure how that plays) and is overall great... so yeah, if you have nothing new that is good, TRY THIS!!!

If a publisher pushes too many iterations of an IP in your face, they run the risk of fatiguing their audience. Maybe it's too early to tell, but "more of the same" shoved down consumer's throats every six months is a bad idea, imo. Activision needs reinvent the series instead of issuing glorified expansion packs ad nauseum and without Harmonix on board, that could prove too daunting for them.
