Haters ! its a workout class not a professional dance studio, its for those who wana have FUN while working out, I do soo much better at my Zumba class cus Im having fun versus the GYM. I lost 10lbs in a month doing Zumba and ur really working ur core muscles and using ur body as resistance versus some machine. LOVE IT ! Also Dance Central by Xbox Kinect is a FUN WORKOUT TOO ! they have a workout feature on their along with all the dancing
I think that even younger people will like this. You're about the same age as me and I loved it! Great job, love the fun songs where you can just be silly!
i'm not a huge oldies fan, but this song would b excellent for a Zumba Gold class! (smaller movements for Gold of course, but yours are beautiful and big :)) nice job.
@kcoakleypense Thank you! Yes I agree--your Zumba Gold-ers will love this. And when I teach it in class I spend the last couple 8 counts having them grab someone and do a spin, basically dance around and have fun :)
