This music is a ripoff of music composed by Moondog (a very interesting character - look him up). The tune is called LAMENT (also known as Bird's Lament) written in honor of Charlie Parker who was a friend of Moondog.

This music was also taken by Ford Co. several years ago for its TV commercials for Lincoln Navigator.
