  • I was listening to this and I heard a bang in the other room and I jumped about 2 feet in the air! haha

  • Haunting. I disagree with the comment on this pieces suitability for liturgical use. I think it would be brilliant I. The right setting as it was composed as a devotion and offering, much like his Miserere.

  • Цікавий твір, гарне виконання!

  • Beautiful!!!!

  • It is a beautiful composition but I'm not sure it's suited for liturgical use. Much of it sounds bizarre, like "Atmosphères" from "2001: A Space Odyssey." The troubling sound of the music reflects the state of the Church in the 1920s and 30s. I don't think this hymn is appropriate for liturgical use.

  • @86bogie This piece gives a sense of otherworldliness which reflects the title "Song of the Cherubim." If you believe in God and an afterlife, you could think that the divine creatures who dwell in the company a supreme being would have a way of life that is both cosmic and incomprehensible to us humans living on Earth, so the bizarre parts are fitting.

Liturgical music is creepy to begin with, anyways. The Gregorian Chant, "Dies Irae" anyone?

  • гениална музика!!!
