See, I don't understand. How can you look at the people gathered against gay and think that's right? On one side, you've got "Prohibits," "Punish," and "Condemns" coming from angry people. On the other side you've got "Peace, Love, and Equality," coming from a sea of smiling faces. People who love, who show it not just in the sign they carry, "Love is all you need," but in the way they treat one another.
Maybe that's the problem, heterosexuals barely know how to accept each other. As a straight God fearing man, there is also a problem with the fact they see gays as, ... gay. We are all human beings who deserve the right to be happy (as per the Constitution). Jesus died for us all & told us to love our neighbor. There were no exceptions or conditions. How about we debate about the alarming # of children born into broken homes to unwed parents. Wonder what God thinks about that
Oh man! I wish I could have gone, but my family wouldn't hear of it (we're Mormon; not that all Mormons are anti-homo, 'cuz I believe in gay marriage and equal rights completely), and there was no way for me to go, since I'm only fifteen. :(
But I'm glad that many people went, and I prayed about it, and I know that God was happy we're starting to fight for His children who are being outcasted.

Daum, I so regret not coming to this event. I didn't know they had this stuff in New York City! My dad never speaks about this stuff.
