Here's the perfect solution for the Bengals. Bengals should relocate to Los Angeles. The NFL should place the Los Angeles Bengals in the AFC Western Division and move the Oakland Raiders to take their place in the AFC North and that way there would be a good competitive rivalry between the Steelers and the Raiders just like it was back in the 70's.
