    1 - You recommend it for a wurm up or what ? Its definitly not full trainning so what im suppose to do ? repeat all exercises 3 times ?

  • After many, many years of Wolrd of Warcraft, junkfood meals daylie etc... I realized I wuz going in the wrong direction... so I bought your guide, and in 3 months, I managed to lose more overall body fat than my friend that used 6 months so far, its insane guys! I really reccomend u this!

    3 mins. Skipping warmed up, 1 circuit, interval skipping and then another circuit and finished with skipping again... I've sweat as crazy!! Thank you!!

  • @freak tube weighttraning does not stunt your growth I Started working out when I was 14 I was 5.8 now I'm 6.1 and I'm 18 and working out might help you grow taller trust me

For stay at home moms, like myself, we dont have the time to do strenuous workouts every day or even afford P90x but these simple exercises can keep us in shape (or get back into shape) all while our munchkins watch their cartoons ^_^ Thank you soo much!   • At my school we do this thing where we throw the ball to each other and if you drop it you lose and have to do push ups

  • Hi Jason just wanted to say I've been doing this workout for about 2 weeks now and I feel great. Can't do the rolling squats yet but I compensate for that with a few other exercises that I added to the workout. I do your workout two times in a row 6 days a week. I'm also following the 100 pushups training program, and ride my bike to and from work (total of about 7 miles).. my weight in March was 335 and now I'm down to 260 (yeah I still have a way to go). Anyway just wanted to say thanks.

  • you are positioned wrong, try to tuck your butt in a bit.. I don't know how to explain it. try to keep your posture correct, tuck your abs in, and keep your legs close together.

  • Is there a difference between using a soft medicine balls or the rubber medicine balls in the "8 is enough" workout? Which type of ball do you use and what do you recommend for someone who is generally fit but new to medicine ball workouts?

  • The soft med ball is a little more challenging than a hard ball due to the instability in the ball. The red one I'm using in this video has gel in it and is demanding on the core during the pushups!

  • You can start out by doing 1-2 circuits and build up from there. I've got some of my pro athletes doing up to 6 circuits!

  • Im not a fitness expert but, I would say if you are 60 pounds over weight I would consult your doctor. But, you must first change your diet. Then yes, do these exercises but take it easy!!!! at first.

    Just got an early Xmas present of a 5KG medicine ball.

  • (reply) as of now im 5'9" 225. i was benching in my sets and reps 275lbs. im 40 years old and am not only trying but WILL get my body weight to 200lbs. i just lost a lil strenght when i was kutting weight. ive been on the program now and the strength is comming back. i can now get back to my 120lbs dumbbells in each hand.(Bench) i have a set of ironmaster dumbbells and thats all they go up to.. take care evryone and DONT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Did the Medicine ball workout this morning for the first time and loved it.!Having done the P90X workout and then switching to the Athlean X workouts,

    The P90x workout is comparable to if you put a $99 paint job on an old car. Sure it would look good on the surface but if you look closely, you will find the flaws and it won't last. With an Athlean-X 'paint job" you're taking off the rust, sanding down the bad spots and priming everything for the good overall paint job that will indeed last.

  • How do i cut weight without loosing muscle?Do you need to loose the weight you want first, then build it up. I lost 30 lbs total in 3 months.

  • You need to follow a weight training program WHILE you are dropping the weight to ensure that you are NOT sacrificing lean muscle during the weight loss as well.

  • Bro make it easy on yourself, just get big first.. then get some killer cardio and keep your weight training up.

    You cant carve a beast out of a puppy! :P

  • Thanks....yes, I would start with the 4lb medicine ball for women doing this. Gradually increase the weight from there.
