I agree with alot of his positions: deconstruction of the federal reserve, canceling income tax, drawing down of the military industral complex, etc. I think they're really great ideas.

But where I cant agree with him (and why Im not voting for him), is his opposition to all federally-funded social programs. Call me a socialist if you want, but I believe there's place for some of these programs. In fact, our nation is in critical need of a universal single-payer not-for-profit healthcare program. And ron paul is categorically opposed to this premise.
