My tip is to put a claymore randomly in a map, people expect them to be in specific parts of the map mainly camping spots so stick em randomly.. I do it all the time especially during chases!

It may not have occurred to you, but... the idea of "balance" is that one perk shouldn't be 50x more useful than the other... which is why Ninja needs improvements. It's only useful for sound-whoring teammates, atm.

Somehow I don't think that a slight resistance to one piece of equipment makes a perk OP. Hacker can see every single piece of equipment, sentry guns, and SAM turrets through any surface at any distance. Marathon Pro lets you sprint forever, doubling your speed essentially. Tactical Mask Pro makes you immune to tactical grenade spam. Second Chance Pro... no need to elaborate.

Whereas Ninja... let's you soundwhore your teammates occasionally. Ninja NEEDS improvement.

Rubbish. Silent footsteps hardly means a thing, almost nothing in console.

Plus, why does Warlord give you extra attachments AND extra grenades? Why does Lightweight make you faster AND feel no fall damage. Why does Hacker get to be immune to equipment, certain killstreaks, and hack them all? Why does Ghost give you defense from 5 killstreaks AND thermal.

Ninja will not be anyway overpowered even with a slight (0.3 sec perhaps) delay on Gaymores.
