Can't see how this can be a 1936 travelogue given it features the New Reich Chancellery - not built till 38, also noted work outside Reichstag - I suspect that was preparing the way for the proposed Adolf Hitler Platz and the great hall - also started in about 38. Berllin looks real nice back then tho, real shame many of those featured probaly died threw war and bombing, including many of those kids

Look at how much people loved the Nazis back before the war. Germany was probably at it's peak before the war. It was absolutely incredible that such a place existed, if only for such a short while. If WWII didn't happen, the Nazis would still be in power. The war also pushed the Nazis to eliminate the Jews quickly, if it wasn't for that, it is doubtful they would have been killed off.

This is what a prosperous society looks like without Jewish influence. 6 years before this there were starving kids on the street begging for food, homeless people rampant, thanks to Jewish bankers causing the October 1929 stock market crash killing millions for greed and power. It was amazing what Hitler had achieved and a horror that this beautiful city and it's people were destroyed.

This film is a fake; it's a montage made from Nazi colour films from the years 38-39. Pay attention to details: Siegessäule's location, the construction of the House of Tourism and Reichschancellory etc. It is, however, finely dubbed.

I must say that these are beautiful images and Berlin should be restored to it's former splendour. One could integrate some of the socialist era- buildings and boulevards in it and what has been build after 1945 by the west deserves to be blown sky-high (since they have build nothing good-looking at all)

Actually, the first and only boycott of jewish shops was on April 1, 1933. It was a reaction to the declaration of war on Germany

by major jewish organizations on March 24/33,

calling for a world-wide anti-German boycott.

What is impressive are the various scenes of a city that would be leveled during World War II as well as the stark reminders of the Third Reich such as the austere structures that house the Air Ministry and the radio studios, as well as the posse of Hitler Youth marching to a function.
