You will make up for the tiny gain. I have found it just happens, for whatever reason. Ultimately it comes off. Greatest weight loss plan ever in my opinion. Good luck to you
I had to go back and reread "Pounds and Inches" because I'd missed the water information on the Apple day.
----------------------------------------
During an apple-day no other food or liquids except plain water are allowed and of water they may only drink just enough to quench an uncomfortable thirst if eating an apple still leaves them thirsty.
Oops I forgot to mention my husband and I ingnored restricting our water on our apple day and I still lost 2.5 and he lost 5. I am not sure why you would want to restrict water, the less water I drink the more water I retain? I am not a scientist, or a dr, and respect DR SIMEONS...but cannot make sense of the water restriction when you are just eating apples. When I do another apple day on Tuesday the 20th, I will let you know how it goes the second time drinking all the water I need.
The only reason I am planning it is because of TOM, which is very difficult time for me and I have had to up my protein during this time. This is my second TOM this month. Last one ended just before I started the protocol. I am in my 40's and have trouble with TOM for some time, I think TOM will be going away forever soon. After TOM is over I am planning on doing an apple day to see where I stand with water retention, thats the only reason I am planning it on Tuesday.
WOW! You look like a totally different person already! Great job!

Thank you. It's nice to hear on a day like today. I was up 0.4 lbs. I hate days like this. I've had 2 of them so far.
