The description really doesn't explain how to build this, unless I'm blind, so not sure why everyone keeps pointing people there. It just has 4 pictures and the programming file. No one is going to know how to do the electronics or anything.

Surprised you can't buy this item premade somewhere.. a lot of people would love it, even if it is incredibly pointless. It's a nice little novelty item.
