tbh i hate that pokemon have brought in arcues and these pokemon that are gods and stuff, i prefered the simple legendary birds, the 3 legendary cats/dog (entai and co) lugia and ho-oh (could be classed as the legendary birds aswell) groudon, kyorge, rayquaza and the regi pokemon. i prefered the pokemon owning elements and earthly stuff not space time, god pokemon, dreams, DNA, moon and all that stuff

a very goof effort, i love how lugia is number one, my fav pokemon. just some faults in this video, there is no mewtwo which is a shame because he is very strong , and the order of pokemon, in my opinion arceus should be first, then lugia, then mewtwo (these two pokemon lugia and mewtwo have the same total number of stat scores, but lugia is more better looking than mewtwo so he just scrap that spot), arceus has the highest number of stat score in all the generation without the plates.

3. Darkrai: movie appearance is the best, and with the proper moveset (dark void, nightmare, dream eater, and dark... I forgot) it can destroy any pokemon (except dark types)
2. Ho-Oh: rainbow wings, great backstory, leads the legendary beast, and is my other meaning for NOSTALGIA (first legendary I ever knew about and captured)
1. ARCEUS: most powerful pokemon, seems like Dialga + Palkia, created the world, the dragon trio and the lake trio (honorable mention), best back story, and movie = WIN!
10. lugia: while his design kicks serious ass and its got a good move set, seriously, he had almost no backstory to talk about and personally I HATE his apearance in the power of one.
9.Deoxys: even worse backstory (LASER? WTF!) but forms and design were awesome, and kickass battle music
8.TIE: legendary beasts of Johto: good backstory, AWESOME DESIGN, not mention Entei role in unown movie and suicune in celebis, (raikou got the best design.

How does lugia go to number one. It should be Deoxys because of its amazing ability to switch forms for ABNORMALLY high stats. Lugia's special defence and defence. My Deoxys beats that in speed form.
@iY3R1 yeah speed is one thing but you got to make sure your "speed deoxys" knocks out a lugia by the 2nd or 3rd attack because like you said lugia has high defense stats and if it knows calm mind and roost by any chance then you and your deoxys are doomed. besides that I respect your opinion.
@SpikeThePorcupine23 Sorry, I might have been rude in the earlier comment. Apologies, but the thing is, I EV trained my deoxys for special attack. Lugia is flying and psychic if I'm not mistaken? A thunder will probably finish it off due to it being super effective, trained for special attack, and faster. Deoxys is a good sweeper. The only thing which would kill it though, is a darkrai, which I also keep on my team for battles. Lugia is a good pokemon, but others might beat it. 1 hit maybe too.
Rayquaza is my favorite, because Hoenn is my favorite region, and Rayquaza is the legendary balance there. But I have a question, WHERE IS ARCEUS?!?!?!? He can be any type, and he knows Judgement, and he created the world.

1) switch palkia and dialga's postion cuz dialga sucks big time. Palkia is waaayyyy cooler.

3) MEW is #1 why? cuz he's the most badass and strongest and cutest pkmn out there, fact wise? He can learn all moves regardless or TM/ HM, only other pkmn to know transform and his spl. atk is very high

But Lugia's legend is simply epic. He's not only the Guardian of the Seas but of the entire world too. On top of that he exists to confront other 3 legendary entities at the same time. And yeah, he looks majestic.

At first when pokemon came out Mewtwo was the strongest and now all the sudden arceus is the strongest and I know arceus may have a better stat total and all but personally I think mewtwo is better because its always been and always will in my opinion.
I think they did a pretty good job on sinnoh with legends based on power but not generally cooler pokemon,My two favorites were Johto,Hoehn.But thats just my opinion.

7.Rayquazza: high power, AIR LOCK, killer design. bad movie role
6.Giratina: SHADOW FORCE, high power, two killer designs (altrough bizzare) great movie role and interesting lair.
5.Dialga/Palkia: couldnt select just one: they control time and space, created the world, and their appearances in the movies are... good.

10. lugia: while his design kicks serious ass and its got a good move set, seriously, he had almost no backstory to talk about and personally I HATE his apearance in the power of one.
9.Deoxys: even worse backstory (LASER? WTF!) but forms and design were awesome, and kickass battle music
8.TIE: legendary beasts of Johto: good backstory, AWESOME DESIGN, not mention Entei role in unown movie and suicune in celebis, (raikou got the best design.

How does lugia go to number one. It should be Deoxys because of its amazing ability to switch forms for ABNORMALLY high stats. Lugia's special defence and defence. My Deoxys beats that in speed form.

@iY3R1 yeah speed is one thing but you got to make sure your "speed deoxys" knocks out a lugia by the 2nd or 3rd attack because like you said lugia has high defense stats and if it knows calm mind and roost by any chance then you and your deoxys are doomed. besides that I respect your opinion.

@SpikeThePorcupine23 Sorry, I might have been rude in the earlier comment. Apologies, but the thing is, I EV trained my deoxys for special attack. Lugia is flying and psychic if I'm not mistaken? A thunder will probably finish it off due to it being super effective, trained for special attack, and faster. Deoxys is a good sweeper. The only thing which would kill it though, is a darkrai, which I also keep on my team for battles. Lugia is a good pokemon, but others might beat it. 1 hit maybe too.

here's my ranking using ur list
1) switch palkia and dialga's postion cuz dialga sucks big time. Palkia is waaayyyy cooler.
2) switch lugia with HO-OH cuz HO-OH is way more epic in every eay compared to lugia
3) MEW is #1 why? cuz he's the most badass and strongest and cutest pkmn out there, fact wise? He can learn all moves regardless or TM/ HM, only other pkmn to know transform and his spl. atk is very high

@navataru I see...well if you want to talk about who's cooler i'll have you know that a lot of fans went for dialga more than palkia (but that shouldn't matter to you), second lugia top most of the legendary pokemon including Mew well except Mewtwo but no matter lugia will always be my #1 favorite.

I got stuck when they reached groudon & kyogre and then ive never watched pokemon again, so i dont know the legends new pokemons have
But Lugia's legend is simply epic. He's not only the Guardian of the Seas but of the entire world too. On top of that he exists to confront other 3 legendary entities at the same time. And yeah, he looks majestic.
a SHAME they made him a normal pokemon on the stupid series.

At first when pokemon came out Mewtwo was the strongest and now all the sudden arceus is the strongest and I know arceus may have a better stat total and all but personally I think mewtwo is better because its always been and always will in my opinion.
