Yes, EX Cirno and EX Letty look as they do in the Advent Cirno doujin.

Normally evolves at Lv36; however, you'll need the national pokedex before she can evolve.

To obtain the national dex you need to catch 60 (or 70, I forget) Touhous, defeat the Elite 4, and report to Professor Oak.
