Thanks for bringing the love of home cooking to the public. I was afraid fast food was making cooking at home a dying art. But with chefs like you sharing your secrets with the masses I feel hopeful.
had the pleasure of observing him in atl, hawks vs celtics his demeanor is the same as on tv one down to earth brother nothing fake about him wasn't standoff at all we know he can cook,im pondering what else can he burn, ooohh those lips, PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!!!!!!
& no, I'm not a chef. In fact, I'm QUITE culinarily-challenged. I know little to nothing about it.
& even in my limited knowledge, I DO KNOW that there are terms, phrases, practices, & linguistics that people who DO KNOW what they're doing in the kitchen use almost ritually.
& well...common sense can be a mutha *shrugs* I don't particularly expect it to make me popular with "the masses" I refer to, of course. lol
Unlike the masses, I don't, nor have I EVER believed this dude's a chef.
His popularity reiterates my concern 4the intelligence of my Community.
Closely watch the faces of REAL culinary artists &/or chefs when he speaks at length in their company. *smh*
I don't knock a brother's hustle & I genuinely wish him continued success-- Just as long as they don't take me for BooBooDaFool & expect me 2buy his cooking con.
He *MIGHT* be a good brother--but don't hold ur breath on me buying his chef m.o.

Seems like he'd probably be a good daddy to his kids, though.
But in general?? No go.
I STILL say phony brother.*lol*
Again, that's just me--and I'm not a typical person, so I'm aware that he has lots of support outside of little old me.

Are you a chef? I really can't say what he is but I don't think TV one would hire a fraud that would come back to haunt them correct.
