  • Its true! I cut fibre out of my diet completely and now everytime I go to the toilet, my abs get the biggest workout ever! Must be all that non-chelating zinc!

  • why the dislikes? true, its a little disappointing as fibre is good for digestion, and keeps you feeling fuller longer without the calories which is good for cutting, but i liked it anyway just for the information provided.

  • if you done any research on topic of zinc and fiber you realize that alot of the best natural sources of zinc come from high fiber food say just one of them from bccancer.bc.ca which has a say word for word "Zinc intakes up to 100mg [milligrams] are safe if the diet is comprised of low bioavailable zinc, such as the zinc in foods of plant origin, and foods high in fiber and phytates." man oh man think about it a natural source of fiber like say vegetables being bad for you

  • Easy way out. Take fiber into your diet and get a zinc supplement (ZMA is good) before bed. It's not that expensive.
