Your letter tradition is great idea...i think ill start that too.  im not sure the website i did it on but last month i was on this site and the purpose of it is to rite yourself an email and choose when you want it it be sent. its a really good idea and i recommend it!

Well my birthday tradition is to get up late in the morning, then to say hi to all of my friends. Then I just sit up with some music thinking about pretty much everything - my life before, my life now and my life in the future..

Then I go out somewhere, sometimes with my friends, sometimes with my parents -_-' ..

I've actually been doing sort of the same thing, yet I used to write letters to myself in the rather depressing moments, to keep myself motivated on the things I want in life. And you know what, I think I'm going to write letters (including checkboxes) to myself every birthday from now on. Pretty cool idea. Oh, and btw I thought you were older than 18, but I guessing you hear that a lot. xD Anyways, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Ha, on my 17th birthday I went to a restaurant where they thought I was 24, so I got a bunch of drinks. :D Otherwise, the only other thing that comes with looking older is that i get looks from greasy old guys. D:
