@danigoddard you said you got sick from the anesthesia afterwards, I'm wondering if the dr had you take anti nausea medication before your surgery? I'm having my procedure in 10 days and my dr prescribed anti nausea med that I'm supposed to take 2 hours before my procedure. I think that's the only thing that is making me nervous especially since my dr is 2 hours away from where I live.

@kagome481 During the surgery not a thing... considering you are ccompletely knocked unconcious lol. Afterwards... surgery is surgery. pain comes with it. I cant really explain it to you considering everyones pain tolerence is different. For me it wasnt at all overly painful... more uncomfortable if anything.

I feel so bad that you didn't get good sleep before the surgery!! My PS prescribes a sleeping pill to take the night before because he knows every girl won't be able to sleep LOL so that was extremely helpful for me

Were you afraid of the anesthesia? I went for a consult and i didnt really talk to the doc about any of that.. he told me about the blood that can pool around the implant and that in that case i would need drains, and im kinda freaked / grossed out about that =(
@TarahKatherine I had all the right questions to ask the surgeon... I have been requested to do a "what to ask your surgeon" video... which I will post soon explaining all the right questions to benefit you and give you all the knowledge you need to know pre op. I was afraid about going under anesthesia but it was absolutely nothing to be afraid of. There are always risks to EVERY surgery!!!! But you cant focus on that or else you wont be able to brig yourself to do it.... things will be fine

I opted to go for silicone myself. You have nothing to be afraid of, silicone has gone a looooong way, and is very safe. They feel more natural and look great... I will be posting my one month within the next week and you can see for yourself. Saline is a safe choice but there is the chance of rippling and they dont feel as natural as a silicone implant. The new gummy bear silicone implants do not leak... even when the implant has been cut or punctured. Hope this helps and good luck !!
