@MeganSquareth45 I hope you have found relief. My son got much better after going to a chiropractor for a while. His back was out and making all his nerves overactive. May be something you want to look into!
I am so very proud to say his tics have gotten better, if not completely unnoticable to the unattentive eye. I have been taking him to a neurochiropractor for almost a year now as his top vertebra was out of alignment. This caused agitation in his nerves and triggered the tics. He is doing well and hardly ever tics!!! Wonderful wonderful!!

aw i used to have the squatting tic, it was so hard walking places especially in school, i know what its like <3

my oldest son had this tic when he was on medication. After the meds were stopped his tics slowly went away.

The consistency with order and position makes it seem more like a compulsion than a tic to me, but I don't know much about complex tics.

the deep knee bend is one of my tics too. i'm not sure i've ever seen anyone else with it before!
