when i was turned on to Yann Tiersen a few years ago it really affected my music. how i preform and compose now is heavily influenced by Yann. through his music, and others, but mostly Yann, i learned to let go of conformity and musical rules and just express from the heart. let the other musical pieces just fall in place. so awesome.

@Jbass357 If you like Tiersen's minimalism, or at least that aspect of his compositions then I would suggest you listen to Philip Glass and Erik Satie. I suspect you're already familiar with both of them. If not listen to Glass' string quartets and Satie's Gnossiennes. I mean Satie was truly the originator, the resemblance to Tiersen is rather uncanny. Perhaps there's something in the air in France.

This woman is commonly nice, not belle, not hot. she has nice shine in eyes and whatever. when I was adding this vid I supposed it will get more original comments (perhaps about Yann Tiersen- maybe he is not as 'hot' as the girl, but he is more beautiful and quaint)

Not sure if other girls do but I think Yann is very hot (I love his videos when he was younger...well I still love him). It's just the way he plays and feels music that makes him that wonderful (I guess I meanthot!!haha)
