@FinalFantasyGirl666 Amen... Family Guy is pure GARBAGE. They think Quagmire being a pedophile is funny. Friggin LOSERS. That show isn't good enough to lick the sweat off of Tom Baker's nutsack.
well my dad is from(and currently again lives in) London :-P
I liked this show way before I liked star wars and star trek.
I wish I could still watch this show :(
I remember sooOooOO many of the fourth doctors episodes vividly. I'm surprised I still remember watching it It's been an awfully long time since my dad lived in the States
im not bagging any of the doctors, they are all great but i didnt see baker's era, what was great about baker, ive seen peter davison, one episode of paul mcgann, chris eccleston and david tannant
The 4th had an eccentric personality, and being at a height of 6'3 wearing a red trench-coat, hat, and ridiculously long scarf, he naturally had more presence on screen.
Best intro ever, really atmospheric. Early Tom Baker was one of the best periods of Doctor Who

I have to say that Tom Baker is still my favourite. The series is still awesome, but nothing will ever top this. The intro is great too.

Tom Baker's star field intro was good, but this is the one where Tom Baker will always be remembered by, by far the best Doctor Who intro.

Oh, all right, fine. So maybe I should hear the audios and read the books.

I definitely recommend the newest audios, where his companion is called Lucy Miller. They are excellent fun.

And his stories were generally very very good, too.
Watch Genesis of the Daleks sometime.

i was born in 1992 which was the mcgann era but i still think patrick troughton and tom baker are the best doctors
sumnerandco 3 years ago 3
The McGann era didnt start until '96, though... and yeah, shame so many trout stories are missing =(

I don't know if you can call it an 'era', seeing as it only lasted for the made-for-TV movie.
Still, I would've loved to see him in more stories.
