Kid: Well, there's this big invisible man in the sky called God who created a man in this garden a long time ago but the man was lonely so God created a woman, but the woman was tricked by a talking snake into eating a magical fruit that God forbid them to eat and then she convinced the man to eat it, and the fruit made them realize they were naked, so God got angry and kicked them out forever.Then they had a bunch of kids.

As far as I know Grover is still on (or was the last time I watched a few years back) He was voiced by Frank Oz who is still very much alive but retired now from muppet performing. Hope this helos answer your question. :)

Saddly almost all the muppets have disappeared from sesame street witht eh exception of Zoey ELMO and baby bear and that abby Kaddaby. Elmo is most of the show now aday actually Elmo takes up a full 30 minutes of elmo's world during the second half..

I love Kermit on SS! This was when Jim Hensen owned the Muppets on SS, but were almost always only used on SS. But after Sesame Workshop bought the full rights to them, they couldn't with Kermit because he's the only own that was on both SS, and the main Muppet .
