totally, though for ps2 its a bit buggy... But that's part of the fun :D and it's not very challenging, get mercenaries if ur looking for a real challenge, hope i helped :D

this is what he did:

first he put the van right where the car respawns

then he put the explosives down

then he blew it up and made enough room for the actual car the is normally there to respawn.
