ur settings on that amp are crap, i have that amp, and im sure with tweaking it would sound better. (maybe its the recording, i dont know)
for that i would do a half-assed dime style, contour-3 or 4, bass- 6 to 7.5, turn the mid scoop on, treble- from .5 to 1.5 more than the bass. also put it on Gain channel 2 and have it from 7.5 to 10. just my suggestion.

Sounds exactly like LoG. And theres a lot of misinformation in this thread. You don't *NEED* EMGs, although some prefer for metal because of the compression, and hi-fi sound..not to mention they really drive amps hard.

I just want to say 1 more thing: I think u've got to listen to the real song over and over again, so u can fix year rithme its almost good, but u have to play ur Bassstring (probably a C I think, whatever, the string who sounds the lowest) palm muted it sound more like the real song and it just kicks asses :)
