  • Hi! Sadie, I'm a 21-year-old Thai girl. I love your video so much. There's a question! I've been doing yoga for 10 days and I always do it around 11PM before I go to bed. Is it effective? or what time should I do yoga? Hope you understand my question :))

  • thank you so much for the wonderful video.

    it's very fun n helpful n u r a great instructor.

i found some of the postures kinda difficult n the video's a lil bit fast (thus hard to catch up with..) i guess we just need to do it many times to get familiar with.

thanks for sharing and good luck to all the yogis. May everyone healthy n beautiful

  • Hey there,

Glad you like it! I know it's a little vigorous--but it gives you something to work towards. Your body will only transform when you ask more of it than it can give--so muscles have to build, fat has to burn, etc. Keep it up, eat mindfully, and you'll see a big difference! xoSadie

  • i have been doing these series for one week and it works...thanks you.

  • You're so welcome! Happy you're seeing results.

    Sadie

  • Hi If I do this workout in the morning and do my normal gym workout in the evening, how much weight will I lose in 1month?

  • This was a really great workout.

    Hard but definitely great:)

    Thank you so much, Sadie!

  • You're welcome! i love what it does for me, so i keep doing it. Hope you do too;)

    Sadie

  • This is a really great work out, I have been doing it for 2 weeks now and people are already noticing a change in my body but most importantly in my energy level. "you look really bright lately, like you have a sparkle in your soul" is something that my boss told me yesterday and i felt great!

  • LOVELY! That's beautiful to hear.

    Sadie

  • I mean Single owner of this Yoga Business? with Partnership, or own of a Corporation?

  • Are you Single?

  • gosh i'm getting addicted to this.. it really burns fat.. i can even see my legs sweat which i barely see every time i do my workouts.. thanks so much. u've inspired me to reaching my goal.. ^^

  • YEAH, baby! Go get that goal!!! And let us all know when you get there.

    xoSadie

  • Hi...I am a recovered bullimic trying not to relapse and your workouts help me see the power within myself for the sake of health and wellness rather than the "skinny is beautiful" lie. thankyou

  • Good for you!! I had an eating disorder too, and I can tell you that if you do a regular yoga practice, staying strong, healthy and alive becomes more important than looking like a coat hanger. Keep it up, and ALWAYS know you can talk to me anytime. xoxoSadie

  • Hey Sadie-

Just wanted to say thank you for how you ended this. You spoke to the slight discouragment in my head and its given me the stamina to try again. It made me cry a little! So I guess I detoxed on many levels...Thanks again for making this video. The journey begins...

  • Aw, I'm happy I spoke to you. We all have that inner doubt, but we can practice yoga, learn to be perfectly imperfect, and just enjoy getting stronger and more capable as we go. Keep it up, commit to yourself and enjoy the ride! You can do it.

    Sadie

  • I have tried and tried to find something that worked for me and this is the best yoga ever! i have been doing it for a week and already feel a change in my body, i have so much more energy!! thank you so much.

  • That's excellent! You GO!

    xoSadie

  • Holy cow! My boyfriend is a Mixed Martial Arts fighter, and Im trying to lose weight for my sisters wedding in three months so I added this to my workout routine... we were both sweating! Thanks for the awesome video, really enjoyed it! I hope it helps me get to where I want to be.

P.S. Thanks for the note of encouragement in the middle, really helped me try harder!

  • Nice. I'm happy you both that it worked you! Keep it up ans remember-no one will do meet your goals but you, so continue to press towards them. Have a great and fit time at the wedding. Tell your sis congrats:) Sadie

  • I'm about 25 pounds overweight and I have a large chest so a lot of yoga I've tried is difficult for me. But after trying this four part workout for the first time I feel like it really could work for me. How many times a week should I do this? And what other workouts/stretches would you recommend?

  • Hi there,

I'm glad it works for you!

I would do this, or 45-60 minutes of any of my videos that keep you moving, even if you have to modify them for your body type. Try for 35 days a week and you'll see immense changes. I would try the Yoga for Runners video, some great ones there, but any of my videos you can attain will be awesome.

    Good luck! xoSadie

  • yes- we get fat sometimes! life is long. Thank you thank you.

  • YES--Fat happens!

Being toned and healthy is so much better than being scrawny or aiming for perfection that doesn't exist. This practice will get students back into balance, for their best body ever, whatever that is for them. xoxoSadie

  • hi Sadie. Thanks for this. I just finished the workout and i'm sweating like crazy! I do have a question, though: my knees hurt when i do the warrior poses. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks again!

  • Hi there! Glad it's a good workout for you. When I was filming it, I could tell it was;) In the warriors, don't bend your knees too far, and never farther forward than the knees. Keep your front knee pointing forward over the toes, not knocking in or out, and the back knee and hip should spin slightly open to face the same angle as the toes are. These should help. If you're overweight, there is already stress on the knees, so start higher in your lunges and work lower over time. xoSadie
