Sadie, I love your videos and truly appreciate the way you have impacted my life. I thank you very much and hope you the best! Keep making awesome videos! :D Much love, Ana
Hey Sadie. After doing this workout the first time, my lover back didnt hurt at all. Then the second time I did it I really tried to keep my back straight and the navel up but after my lower back hurt and is still hurting 2 days after. Am I doing the position wrong or is it just sore becaise I was stretching the muscles? Thanks for making these vids. I just got in to yoga and I search for all your different videos :)
sadie, thank you so much for your videos.. It really helped me a lot.. now, without doing yoga everyday I would feel like there`s something missing.. >.<
I`ve been doing yoga for a month now, everyday after I wake up and the result is awesome! shed 5kls and gained muscles... I just love it!! ^_^
Thanks Sadie :) Practiced this morning and I now feel great. i've been neglecting my yoga routine for a few weeks now, and I felt gross- now I feel sooooo much better! YAY!!!!
i feel soooooo flexible right now haha thanks so much how often do you recoment me to do this each week?? oh and i heard u say u lost 40 pounds :O thats greath u look stunning ;D how long did it take for you to lose all that??? u look amazingg!!!
Hey Sadie, thank you for this video. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and I am starting to see results. The first two days I did it couldn't even make the whole video. I am pretty big (323 now, was 380 : X ) and my weight does hold me back on some exercises but I am making strides at getting this down.
hey sadie, ive just started trying to lose weight and im not overweight but i could still stand to lose a few. i just started watching your videos and the plank poses and the downward dog really hurts one of my wrists. i sprained my wrist 9 months ago and i still dont have full movement in it, is there anything i can do to make it hurt less or easier on my wrists?
Instructor Sadie...Iam really happy with my self at this point and I have to say that part of that was because of you.... Thank you for sharing this with us chubby people. I'll always use your videos!!!
You should make a dvd especially for the thousands of people trying to trim down and get stronger. Thanks for the great beginner videos for us bootylicious girls. :-))
Thanks everyone! I'm so glad you're seeing results! Keep up the good work and healthy eating...you CAN make amazing changes through yoga. Cheers! Sadie
i'm so glad i came upon your videos! i've been wanting to try yoga for a long time but never had the time or money (joys of being a college student). anyways, thanks to your free vids i can do them at home!
i'v been doin this for a while =) its a great series
n for the 2nd part the folding standing pose, i just cannot get it! lose balance all the time. i fall or roll to the side. what's a easier version for that pose?
Hi! Sadie, I'm a 21-year-old Thai girl. I love your video so much. There's a question! I've been doing yoga for 10 days and I always do it around 11PM before I go to bed. Is it effective? or what time should I do yoga? Hope you understand my question :))
i found some of the postures kinda difficult n the video's a lil bit fast (thus hard to catch up with..) i guess we just need to do it many times to get familiar with.
thanks for sharing and good luck to all the yogis. May everyone healthy n beautiful
Glad you like it! I know it's a little vigorous--but it gives you something to work towards. Your body will only transform when you ask more of it than it can give--so muscles have to build, fat has to burn, etc. Keep it up, eat mindfully, and you'll see a big difference! xoSadie

This is a really great work out, I have been doing it for 2 weeks now and people are already noticing a change in my body but most importantly in my energy level. "you look really bright lately, like you have a sparkle in your soul" is something that my boss told me yesterday and i felt great!
gosh i'm getting addicted to this.. it really burns fat.. i can even see my legs sweat which i barely see every time i do my workouts.. thanks so much. u've inspired me to reaching my goal.. ^^
Hi...I am a recovered bullimic trying not to relapse and your workouts help me see the power within myself for the sake of health and wellness rather than the "skinny is beautiful" lie. thankyou
Good for you!! I had an eating disorder too, and I can tell you that if you do a regular yoga practice, staying strong, healthy and alive becomes more important than looking like a coat hanger. Keep it up, and ALWAYS know you can talk to me anytime. xoxoSadie
Just wanted to say thank you for how you ended this. You spoke to the slight discouragment in my head and its given me the stamina to try again. It made me cry a little! So I guess I detoxed on many levels...Thanks again for making this video. The journey begins...
Aw, I'm happy I spoke to you. We all have that inner doubt, but we can practice yoga, learn to be perfectly imperfect, and just enjoy getting stronger and more capable as we go. Keep it up, commit to yourself and enjoy the ride! You can do it.
I have tried and tried to find something that worked for me and this is the best yoga ever! i have been doing it for a week and already feel a change in my body, i have so much more energy!! thank you so much.
Holy cow! My boyfriend is a Mixed Martial Arts fighter, and Im trying to lose weight for my sisters wedding in three months so I added this to my workout routine... we were both sweating! Thanks for the awesome video, really enjoyed it! I hope it helps me get to where I want to be.
P.S. Thanks for the note of encouragement in the middle, really helped me try harder!
Nice. I'm happy you both that it worked you! Keep it up ans remember-no one will do meet your goals but you, so continue to press towards them. Have a great and fit time at the wedding. Tell your sis congrats:) Sadie
I'm about 25 pounds overweight and I have a large chest so a lot of yoga I've tried is difficult for me. But after trying this four part workout for the first time I feel like it really could work for me. How many times a week should I do this? And what other workouts/stretches would you recommend?
I would do this, or 45-60 minutes of any of my videos that keep you moving, even if you have to modify them for your body type. Try for 35 days a week and you'll see immense changes. I would try the Yoga for Runners video, some great ones there, but any of my videos you can attain will be awesome.
Being toned and healthy is so much better than being scrawny or aiming for perfection that doesn't exist. This practice will get students back into balance, for their best body ever, whatever that is for them. xoxoSadie
hi Sadie. Thanks for this. I just finished the workout and i'm sweating like crazy! I do have a question, though: my knees hurt when i do the warrior poses. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks again!
Hi there! Glad it's a good workout for you. When I was filming it, I could tell it was;) In the warriors, don't bend your knees too far, and never farther forward than the knees. Keep your front knee pointing forward over the toes, not knocking in or out, and the back knee and hip should spin slightly open to face the same angle as the toes are. These should help. If you're overweight, there is already stress on the knees, so start higher in your lunges and work lower over time. xoSadie
Sadie, I love your videos and truly appreciate the way you have impacted my life. I thank you very much and hope you the best! Keep making awesome videos! :D Much love, Ana
