@OSDolphin Those are relative systems from a comparative point of view to view a performance difference from an upgrade. Still no different. The system above it, with the exception of Windows Vista, will always be better than the last. You can't pit Windows 2000 to Windows 7, and you can't pit Windows Vista to Windows 7 because the results vary on a very point perspective.
However, pitting a Mac or Linux system (latest version) to Windows 7 with same specs is a reliable testing perspective.
Good OS's, I still use 2000, works like a charm! But honestly this was an unfair test. You typed the passwords out of time and turned them on out of time.
@WinVistaUser2 I'm sure that computers could not use that amount of memory back then. Windows 1.0 will load faster, because it isn't as complex as 2000, has less to load, etc.
@cdguy47 Depending on how hot your computer's processor gets. I had to put new thermal paste on my AMD CPU because of all of the dust, and Windows 7 on my PC booted in 1 minute.
Kinda wonder if you maibe know if i can put an Amd 5000+ on the A7N8X-E Mother Board? have to try finding this out but getting no where atm and got both here with me =( Tom
your pc is kinda like mine a year ago, ive got the athlon 5000 and had a 8500GT, but I didnt like it after about 3 months anymore, and I bought a HD4670. they rock :)
@Gorowara yes I have used it on my laptop for about a year. but it got slow quite fast, just like XP. both are fast clogging operating systems. they fixed this in Vista and 7.
@nelizmastr However, Vista uses a gig of computer memory to run the System files, and if you don't have more than a gig of memory in your computer, you cannot load other applications, like iTunes, AntiVirus, etc. That's why Microsoft released ReadyBoost for flash drives that have a gig of space or more to have more computer memory, but your PC needs like 512MB RAM or less to use the ReadyBoost option. And Windows XP is faster than 2000; Vista combined.
windows 2000 - clear win! Win 7 - is crap >_<

You do realized testing Windows 7 with any other windows is like comparing an RC car with a real car, right? Shit changes.
mVelocityHD 1 month ago
@mVelocityHD Unless it's Vista vs 7 or 2000 vs XP.
2000 and XP are both Windows NT 5.x, Vista and 7 are 6.x.

Considerando que Windows 2000 é muito mais leve, não dá pra fazer nada.

considerando que você nem se deu ao trabalho de formatar os computadores antes, posso fazer nada.
