I actually think the lakers are better without Kobe in the mix. Fact, he shoots worse than his team's average. The teams PER is better when Kobe is on the bench. If Bynum had not been "injured" he would have overshadowed Kobe as being the reason for the season. Look at the beginning of the season. Bynum out performed every laker in the lineup. Including Kobe. The NBA is fixed to get ratings. They took bynum (who was dominating) out and plugged in Gasol. Nba is not a pure sport anymore.
