I am not sure, but I always understand "Kamen Rider", and this would even make sense ... There was a TV series called "Kamen Rider", obviously. So I guess the song has something to do with this series ...

This song is called レッツゴー!!ライダーキック (Let's Go!! Rider Kick) and is the opening song from the famous Japanese TV series called Kamen Rider in 1979.
