she had been given 3 stop warnings before getting kidnapped that she was going into FARC territory. the other woman kidnapped along with her even told her it was getting dangerous..but betancourt did not listen. she believed because she was a presidential candidate FARC would not kidnap her,wrong, her father would get her out of that mess and negotiate her freedom, while she was kidnapped her father died. i used to believe things she said but they are all lies.

I have been watching his show for ten years and I have always given him the benefit of the doubt.Until yesterday.

Unfortunately, in contrast to Mr. Sackur's terrific interview with Ms. Betancourt on HardTalk, some of Mr. King's questions went to far. Good interviewers ask victims before the interview if there are any questions that will not be answered.
