N.koreasn were pushed back and the soviets trained Chinese pilots ad they used this war as the final test. The Chinese got involved when the N.Korean were almost defeated. china made things even and when chia got involved the the Southerners and the U.S were pushed back they never managed to mass another attack and the war eventuall fought to a stale mate the chinese left once they reached the boerders of seol as they didnt want to invade they only wanted to fedend.

no the reason the UN forces managed to push the N korean back was because the chinese left. As they said it was an act of war not support and China was not strong enough to fight a global war which would eventualy drag the Soviet union into it causing WW3. the chinese defeated the U.N and left in the end cause they wanted peace but the chinese requested that the U.N do not fight near the border of China or els and thus a ceasfire was put into effect at the border of the parralel.
