hey lead feather. I just built one but mine weight around 1 lbs. And i went really light on the glue. The only major thing i did that is different than your is i that i used elmer's foam board. But it is only a little bit heavier than depron. Also if i move the cg aft, can i hover better?

Woaah! that is pretty heavy. What did you use for components. Mine came out to less than half that weight.
Cg further back always helps hovering...at the expense of forward flying pitch sensitivity.

Whats your set up, I have a 1300kv Blue wonder and a 450 mah 3 cell is this light enough??
