@SpookGoon They're chin ups in the video. Chin ups are when your palms face towards the body, pull ups are when the palms face away from the body. Very similar exercises.
Ah I see! I have a huge imbalance in my legs from weightlifting (splitjerk, right leg forward) and I really hate it. Do notice some differences in my arms to, but not that bad.
