Which parts with which programs? Photoshop was for the cut outs, I'm guessing. What did you do in Vegas and After Effects? I'm looking to make some amvs/mmvs and I just got Adobe CS5. I'm thinking I can substitute premiere for Vegas.

@KayaTetsu Masking was with Sony Vegas no PS. I used mainly SV in the whole thing... After effects in 0:25 and 0:48 (i'm a noob with that program).

I didn't use Premiere, so i don't know. Good luck ^^
