Sweet, the new Camaro (now in it's 5th Generation) SS can barely beat out the fastest production FWD car (which so happens to be it's younger sibling) to be tested on the "N-ring." Hopefully this car will sell well, and GM will bring along the Z28 option along with a suspension package (I guess for the more "hardcore enthusiast", along with a well needed diet) that does this car some justice.

I would like to see how the Mustang (I guess all of it's variants) and the Charger do on the "N-ring."

What is the point of making super-expensive electric or hybrid cars. Besides helping the environment, saving on fuel prices was the major points. THat's how this whole wave of new energy vehicles started. I'm sure that same Lightening GT with normal engine (petrol) will cost about $50K less, which will be far less than the gasonline it will use over its lifetime. The car looks great but it's not only the super rich who want the save the planet. Plus, they're all flying in their private jets.
