It works with all playable characters fyi and I've played it on my ps3 by holding down L1,L2,R1,and R2 at the same time and rotating the control sticks in any direction. U just have to keep going in that same direction for a few seconds. But yes Nightwing,Robin, and Catwoman can all do this.

@FreeStyleStories well, i was trying to unlock the secret door on the boat for the scarecrow easter egg and i was getting frustrated. so i just started to spin the analoge stick in circles. when it first happened i thought it was a glitch until i put the sequencer up and saw that everyone else had big heads too.
