  • I recall seeing them perform at the Town Pump (RIP) in Vancouver (where Nettwerk music is based) when they were touring for this album. They had some kind of problems with a missing DAT tape or something, but were totally heroic and kept giving us an amazing, intimate show. They seemed to be truly enjoying themselves too. I reviewed the performance for a local 'zine (not many of those around anymore when everyone can blog). I think I'll have to dig the album out now.

  • How is this band related to the band Numb? I was litterbug to their doing Blood and youtube thought this is similar. That's not to say I don't like this song, it is grate and I am grateful youtube thought I would like it but what the hell?!

  • OH!

I think I drum beated on Jacquis'

    hips at the Ivy!!

Then I gave them a love rub to say thanks!!

  • The metaphysical nature of this song and band are so pertinent to what is going on in the World today. Peace, Love and Light to ALL. Namaste'

  • This is hands down one of the best chill out tracks ever laid down. I had the privilege of discovering it at a Harmony House store listening station in northern lower MI in fall 1994.

  • Different than the version on the CD, at least the version I have. Love this band!

  • OZZIE OZZIE OZZIE OI OI OI ! This was great then and always will be. !

  • Been looking for this song ever since it was used on the 2000 Bathurst credits as the music, thsanks for the upload!

  • Didn't even know the title of this tune but have stumbled across it tonight...has been at the top of my " funeral soundtrack list" for 8 or 10 years. Trust it's another decade or three before it has to do its job...beautiful!

  • Thank you so much for uploading this! I used to host a late-night college radio show and I'd play this one every couple of weeks, usually right beside Delerium or The Rose Chronicles. I never knew it had a video until seeing this, and hearing it again brings back some sweet memories. =)

  • I've been lucky enough to recently work with Jacqui and her vocal talents still amaze me - she's one very talented artist. The Abstract Galdiators remix of Fall will always remain one of my all time favourite tunes.

  • love these guys

  • brings back great memories, love it.

  • 1 person fell

  • Wow...this takes me back to a good , happy, exciting time in my life and music. My life is great now...but what happened to the music ???

A wonderful, unlifting, positive, loving song :)

  • hahah

  • A wondercul track and a band thats sorely missed.

  • I had never heard of this song until someone sent me the link.....I now play it 10 or more times each time I get "altered". A beautiful melody, great dance beat and a breathtakingly creative video. Those enigmatic "floating quivering angels" are sheer visual and conceptual genius!

  • This song was on a cd I bought back in the 90s called "Boiling Point", just a various artists club music thing. When I heard this song I absolutely fell in love with it and I still play it occasionally. It's great to see the video that went with it, thanks for uploading it :)

  • 60 people like crap

  • @teneyedoc

A song one person might be "Mozart" but to another "Milli Vanilli" opinions mean little in isolation.

  • @teneyedoc tosser

  • @Coloursfly tossed it right in your mom's butt!

  • An old favourite... Such a great tune!

  • Check out the remix I've posted if you haven't...just as incredible, as is almost everything else SGT has done.

  • Jacqui Hunt, My favorite vocalist of all time

  • All limitations are self imposed.

  • Love this song ......I first heard it on a JJJ top 100 about 18 years ago.....thanx for putting it up!!

  • My fave band of all time

  • Hi Nigel.... Here it is, This beautiful song "Fall" was written by my multi talented partner Kathleen for her band "Single Gun Theory" this song was in Triple J's top 20 in the Australian music charts. As timeless today as the day it was written.

  • @oldtimerman59

I know what you mean. I have always loved this song. Never could work out why it didn't make her more money!!!

  • Single Gun Theory great ambient tunes.. one of my aussie favourites from mid 90's before they went overseas

  • Anyone know where/what the samples are taken from?

  • @Emporator According to the album notes, it samples Chaba Fadela's "N'sel Fik", Rod Sterling from The Twilight Zone, and Sharon A. Klinger.

  • Fantastic. One of the most spiritual songs I can remember. It was on the Aussie compilation Smash Hits 1995 if you can get your hands on a copy! Perfection

  • Fall...Perfection!!!

  • One of my all time top 5 desert island albums...

  • This band is awesome but sadly no more.

  • i have been missing out on this band for this long?!

  • I have heard this band for years, they have been on a few of my Nettwerk label compilations a very great label out of Vancouver B.C. Canada......single gun is great to listen to anytime also check out The Cocteau twins kinda similar......peace...

  • Yep, still an amazing song. Just started typing single gun theory for some odd reason. Glad I did.

  • Synchronicity brought the talents of these enlightened beings into my life years ago, and I finally know why. I know there will be others who notice their message. Thanks for posting, Namaste'

  • still amazing that voice... beautiful

  • The video seems to imply there is no death - thank you SGT :)

  • Great song I'd forgotten how much I liked this, must find the CD in my collection and upload this song to my iPod. Thanks for the video, I hadn't seen it before.

  • I can still remember the first time i heard this on SBS's Nomad.

One of the most beautiful tunes Ive ever heard.

  • The entire album was way ahead of its time. I still love them.

  • All limitations are self imposed

  • Thanks for posting, been looking for this one for a while. Takes me back to the old days. What the hell was I doing?

  • This song came out almost 20 years ago ... and it's not bullshit ... it's alternative, and it got in the top 20 listings of the Australian Alternative music chart. Don't be so opinionated and mean about a song (and group) that you don't know anything about.

  • Alternative's a genre. You stand corrected, motherfucker.

  • it may be a genre, but it's so broad it doesn't accurately describe much. It's going to the fiction section in a library, there's gonna be a shit ton of books there, but they'll be broken down even further into it's own niche.

  • Hard to believe almost 20 years....I have the cd single and haven't listened to it in ages. This genre was huge in the mid-90's (delerium sound, deep forest, enigma to a lesser extent). melodic dance music

  • @jpplaster Indeed, it was. By the way, Jacqui Hunt collaborated with Delerium on "Euphoria (Firefly)" single. She also released the solo album Auraphonic in 2008. Look up on Youtube for the brilliant single "Connect".

  • @MissKennedy58 Agreed! Too many people with Pea sized brains & lack of culture these days. They can take their "hive mind" mentality & shove it.

  • @MissKennedy58

yeah babe i remember hearing on jjj and was hooked and now i am downloading clip on to my usb so that i will have it 4ever totally agree with your comment

  • @MissKennedy58 I lost my Partner Kerry when i was 24, when i took him home to New Zealand the family had him at home and i can tell you a story, in brief, he was viedoed in the exact setting, but even more bizzar is i sold my sterio to upgrade cis casket and got my self a tape walkman, purchased JJJ album and could not stop listening to Fall all the way to NZ, I' really a blogger but this is true and haunting but also proof that energy never dies, it just changes form

  • @budhistghost

sorry for u.....isnt music wonderful though? it helps......i to fell

  • watched to 2nds of it... panicked then went to another video SCAREY!!

  • The chorus to this song is soooo haunting ... it's fantastic! :D

    x

  • first of this song is arabic ,exactly from Algeria

I'm from this country and i know that

  • Simply amazing makes me wonder why the low number of views :'(

  • It was uploaded on November 2009. Anyway very few actually know about this band...

  • Ah yeah :S dumb me .. pity the lack of

knowledge of the group though :(

  • known them since the 90's i'm from philly and no one was playing it back then

  • transferred the cd to my ipod.....good stuff, even a sample from twin peaks in one song

  • metaphysical..great tune, "the day was clear when we dropped that bomb"

  • @AlinBoss I think I'm going to upload a great remix of this track. It was released on the Nettwerk compliation called "Percolator: Music for a Cafe Culture".

  • @AlinBoss Saw them live at the 1996 Big Day Out - they were brilliant live (saw them twice) and I wish they would reform

  • @Caustictherapy : You cant expect people to watch and listen to something that is so beautiful when we got 90% of the world ready to take off their underpants for "demigods" like Justin Peeper and so called "Lady" gaga, do u ????

  • From Sydney, Australia 1994

Original edit off their album FLOW, RIVER OF MY SOUL ...it is impossible to achieve the aim without suffering
