does anyone know if muscular men have to stretch more then the average person? I'm a similar muscular build as this guy and was wondering typically how long someone of that size would stretch daily? I do Yoga 3-5 times a week and do static stretching an hour everyday. Is that enough stretching for someone who lifts weights and is try to not just maintain flexibility, but improve? I'm aware age is a factor, I'm currently 23. I do heavy lifting 4 times a week.

@pdannysan13 - it's a fitness model competition, but there are three categories - fitness model (like the guys you see on the front of Men's Health), muscle model (like the guys on Muscle & Fitness magazine) and bodybuilder (as you'd see on Flex magazine). Fitness is a lean, athletic but natural looking. Muscle model is slightly more mass and definition. And bodybuilders are the big guys. But all of them are judged on their good-looks and personality as well as their bodies.
